Cozy, Durable, Practical, Sustainable
I love, love, love this ‘blanket’. Bravo Exped for conjuring up this well made, unique, high quality and sustainable ‘camp’ blanket. It’s kept me cozy car camping, happy picnicing on the grass, out watching the Northern lights, and I’ve been using it daily in my home. Surprisingly, it’s turned out to be a great throw. I’m finding its casual colour and materials to be an oddly attractive addition to my home. And comes with a handy dandy carry bag. Sustainability is really important to me, and I’m really grateful to Exped for creating this, and to REI for providing it. Highly recommend, totally worth every penny.
car camping in 20° weather
love this blanket. this blanket feel so much nicer than polyester blend stuff every store try to sell. keeps the warmth in. only wished i have bought the bigger size for 2 person
It is soft
My wife has a really high bar for what is sufficiently soft and she likes this blanket, so if softness is your thing then this is probably the item for you.
Not warm enough and attracted hair/lint
I wanted to love this, but had to return it. I used it for a couple of weeks in the house (I live in SoCal) and I was cold most nights. The temp didn't dip below 60. I liked the materials, but the wool did attract lint and hair like crazy too.
Wool on the inside, soft on the outside
All the benefits of a wool blanket, with a super soft lining on one side and a durable outer layer. Excellent inside my quilt system as an extra layer of warmth.
