Yes , I recommend this product
Great massage ball. Does the job at putting targeted pressure into tight spots. Its lightweight, firm and seems durable. I own metal scrapers, rollers of all sizes, balls of all sizes, heat pad, etc. This is definitely another good tool to add to the arsenal of self-care. Highly recommended.
