Ingenious Design; Anticipate Version 2.0
This is an overall ingenious design concept, and it comes in handy at the campsite as well as at the office, airport, picnic, student lounge, and so on. One improvement that would move this product closer to five stars would be squared (instead of rounded) bellows. When the bellows are used as a spoon or fork, the rounded handle rolls a bit in the hand and is more difficult to control and stabilize. Some other improvements might be to add extra bellows (as people often use chopsticks in conjunction with spoons/forks) and a knife option.
Such a cool product idea
Wow this product is sooo cool. I love that the handles are interchangeable so that you have a fork, a spoon, chopsticks, and a straw all from one tool. It’s got a nifty little carrying case/towel too! I bought this to have at work for eating lunch but I’m probably going to buy all my outdoorsy friends and family a set for Christmas this year!
Good in theory, less impressive in practice.
I loved the design idea behind this product, but found that the execution lacked the usability to back it up. Items screw in place easily enough, but not all stayed screwed in. Maybe I got a faulty kit, but the spoon just spins and spins and never locks in place, so it easily rotates right off the handle. The fork is a little better but would also unscrew with just a little resistance. Overall, the parts are a bit finicky and not as well machined as I expected.
No more lost spoons
I used this recently on a backpacking trip. I loved having my utensils, toothbrush, medications, and cleaning cloth in a single easy to find place. When I'm done using it, I roll it up and keep it in my jetboil.
breaks easily
cool in concept, but the narrow screw part of the utensil head is the weak link, it snapped off after only a couple uses. I was able to get it out of the handle and still use half the set, but something more robust would be better
