Not chlorine resistant
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These swim bottoms are ok . . . For one season of limited use in chlorine. You'll have to buy a new pair for season two because they disintegrate after one summer.
more like 70’s running shorts
These were more like 70’s running shorts, the medium will fit a size 8 well. They are made of a very lightweight material and should dry quickly.
Great shorts
Very flattering and comfortable. I am petite and curvy. I was worried that they would give me a muffin top or roll up my thighs, but they fit really well. I might use them as running shorts, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for a recent vacation and this swimsuit made me not dread going to the beach. I felt so comfortable and confident. I do wish there were pockets with a zipper or Velcro to keep money or cards.
Easy to wear swim shorts.
These swim short come with a built in swim bottom which is nice and hard to find. They are very comfortable, great for kayaking and casual swimming. I bought them on the loose side because I was looking for something more like shorts for kayaking. I could have sized down for more of a bathing suit fit.

I purchased these swim shorts
I purchased these swim shorts in the past from a department store, and after a couple of years of use they needed to be replaced. Fortunately I found them online as I really like the fit, style, and color (black and white). They are comfortable, flattering and go well with my swim tank tops. The flexible elastic waistband is great, but make sure that the shorts are hand washed (like the wash directions dictate) or the waistband can get stretched out or misshapen. I only wish the product was made in the USA and not China.

I bought a small and thought they were maybe slightly tighter or maybe it’s me. I then tried a medium and it fit more comfortably on my waist and didn’t feel too big. So both work for me, medium gives me less of a muffin top. I believe I am 29 to 30 inches in my waist and my hips are 37 inches. If I gain weight it’s in my waist and not hips. I’ve tried other swim shorts and think these are the best.
I bought these to go

The picture of the model shows the shorts coming down longer on her leg. And I’m a true size 8. These shorts seem to be a little snug.
