[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just went back and ordered another pair, not fleece lined, for other times of the year when I don't need the extra insulation. I live in Wisconsin so it is cold about six months out of the year. These jeans make such a difference with just that added layer without being bulky. They are windproof, and my legs and butt stay warm. I also love the "girlfriend" fit of these. I'm usually a skinny jeans person so I wasn't sure about the leg on these, but they look really cute on and I can wear them with my shorter or taller boots. These are an absolute win for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these jeans. They are stretchy enough that I have full movement on my hikes, but still maintain their excellent shape. I look 25 in my 70-year-old body.😉 I love the lining built-in into the fabric, so there is no bulk. I do wear a belt with these because I get a little slippage in the waist but it is well worth it for the overall comfort. I was not familiar with DUER jeans and I am now a big fan. Also, they run very large. I am usually a waist size 30 and I got a 27. I am also glad they run in different different links because I needed a short.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure what to make of these jeans. I tend to overhead indoors, so was concerned that they might be too warm. When they arrived I first thought that I didn’t have the Fireside version as they were neither bulky nor thick. Fast forward to a winter trip to coastal B.C. These pants were a knockout! Not only do they look good, and keep me toasty during outdoor activities, but they also don’t have me melting down indoors. They’re soft, stylish, and in typical DU/ER fashion, flexible enough to tackle any activity I can put them through. A big hit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These jeans fit well and are very warm and water resistent.I wkre them on a river trip and they kept me cozy in camp!Now that the summer heat had arrived I put them away until fall.For reference I am 63 YO, 5’7” tall 147 lbs. the size 28 waist is a comfy fit. I have a straight build.The 29s are good but fit looser.These jeans wash well and are worth the investment, ( i got my last pair on sale) Hope this helps your decision. I personally love these warm wintet jeans .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the warmth, fleece woven into the jean material. Cozy and soft for winter. Only complaint is 2 sizes too large. I am normally 26-27 and ordered 26 which was not wearable and exchanged for 25 which I kept but still too large in the waist and baggy fitting. Guess it's the trend currently but wish sizing was more predictable. Harder to dress up as due to being too lose fitting.
too much stretch, not great fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] back waistband gapped a little at first, but wasn't a deal breaker. seemed cute, warm, and comfortable. after a single wash, waist is completely blown out and unwearable. fit is perfect everywhere else, so sizing down would not help. may try alteration to make them fit right. really want to like these, but doubt they'll hold up. too soft and stretchy, not enough structure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lined version does not stretch quite as much as the regular performance denim Girlfriend Jean, so I needed to size up in order to button them. For me, they are most snug in the hip and but a touch loose in the waist. I love that these are not as bulky as flannel lined jeans and on my petite-legged frame, the 28 is the perfect length, which is a rarity.

The fireside jean fits me perfectly. I live where its snowy. The jean technology keeps the wind from penetrating and the chill out. And with out making me look large.These are the best jeans i have ever owned. I also took a pair to our local ski shop to show the owner and tied to convince her to sell them.

They're worth every penny on sale or not. I'm so glad I bought them and plan to get another color in the near future. I'm sorry I didn't find this Company sooner.
