Comfortable, a little wide
A little wide (I have very narrow feet) and not much arch support, but adding an arch support insole helps and doesn't make the shoe too short. Very comfortable.

Excellent shoe
These mules are now my most comfortable shoes. Once I got into my 60's I decided to quit buying low quality shoes. You have to spend a bit for quality, so the price of Keens can scare some people away. But, they are so worth it. And these black mules are my new favorites - wicked comfy! Wear all day kind of comfort.
No arch support
I ordered three pair of Keens, With plans to keep two, but after trying them on will return all three pairs. The sole is not what it used to be, and there is virtually no arch support. They were cute and fit well otherwise but don’t provide the support I need and previously got from this brand.
Elle Suede Mule
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable shoe. I love wearing mules or slides. Almost as comfortable as the Kaci slide, but not quite as supportive. Please bring back the Kaci slide!! I still wear my old Kaci slides to work a few times a week and would love to have some new ones!
Really comfy
They're very comfortable, but almost look like slippers on my feet. The toe box is not as wide as most of my other Keens, and the arch is almost non-existent. I'm still searching for a replacement for my beloved Kaci clogs.
Disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought these shoes would be like similar ones I had years ago. The previous pair is still in good shape but my feet have grown. The new pair is very cheap and flimsy, not at all what I have grown to expect of Keen.
Answer to my prayers
My feet are my nemesis! Painful! Can’t wear most shoes. I have five pairs of Keen shoes. They work wonders for me. Well made, long lasting and helpful for a number of problems with aging feet. Thank you Keen Footwear!
So comfortable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very comfortable and they stay on your feet when walking. I love them. They'd make great house shoes but I wear them out. I wear an 8 in most shoes but wear an 8.5 in keen and the 8.5 in these fit perfect.
