Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased as a gift for a family member. Although she really loved the jacket the zipper did not function properly. We went to TNF store to exchange but they didn't have the jacket in stock. I asked to return the jacket and reorder a new one online but was told the computer system was down so the transaction was impossible. I wasted a trip to the store and now have to return another time. My family member lives out of state so left without the gift.. This was an utterly horrible experience both with the quality of the item and the customer service. BTW...I asked how long the computer system had been down and was told a week!!!! Ridiculous.

All around perfect jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this jacket - perfect weight for cool California summer night or makes a great layer under a mid-weight jacket for Alaska winters (bonus points for being perfect temp for sitting in a coffee shop watching that snow storm). I have a few sets of these jackets, my first one is in great condition after nearly daily wear in the fall and winter. (And of course as an obligatory note I wear it in the hospital for a temperature controlled sleek look over my scrubs during rounds. Helping me save inpatient lives all year long). Seriously all around a great jacket. Get one.

Lots of + but could use some adjustments

On the positive side, this jacket is comfortable and stylish. It is perfect for work as I often get chilled at my work station. The material is soft and has just the right amount of stretch. On the other hand, it is too short in the sleeves and length by a good 5 cm (2 in). It is also quite snug. I'm 175 cm tall (5'9'') and wear size 3X. Overall, this is a very good article of clothing. It is just too bad it is not true to size. I recommend buying a size up if you're on the taller side.

Soft lightweight fleece in a perfect feminine fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this in cream so much I bought it in the raspberry color. It's like a dark mauve, flattering for anyone who looks best in cool colors. (-As opposed to warm, not as opposed to uncool. :) I'm 5'4, size 6, 36B, long torso, and the small is perfectly fitted yet roomy enough for a long-sleeve layer underneath and comes to the top of my hips like in the picture. Just a beautiful, soft, lightweight jacket!

Perfect fabric to wear as a layer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fabric which is lightweight but very warm. I live in Michigan and in February i use it under my down coat. It is a perfect pairing when the temperature is in the teens. I also wore it on a flight between Maui and LA . The cabin was cold but the fleece kept me warm and I appreciated the lightweight feel. We will have spring in another month and I know it will be just right to walk the dog.

Runs small, not my favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this zip up but it runs small. I've been wearing a 1X mostly and sometimes 2X but I ordered this in a 3X so it would be bigger on me and it barely is. That was a bit disappointing. It's a little shorter too than I like. I'll probably order Mens next time to get more length and have it be roomier. It also catches everything on the fabric. Fuzz, dog hair, everything. Just be aware of that!

New version is just all wrong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older version of this and recently missed placed it. I often wore it while hiking and walking my dogs as it transitions through the seasons on the central coast of California well. When I need a little more warmth I just toss a vest on over. I'm really not happy with this updated version. I don't care that the thumb holes are gone. I never used them much, but they were nice to have. What I don't like: the pockets are shorter and make the jacket look cheap. The version I had the pockets went all the way down and thus were larger. My older version also has a high low. Not sure what the proper name of that is called, but I liked that it covered my butt. It dips into the low 30's where I'm at and I enjoyed the extra coverage. I'm still deciding if I'm going to keep it or not. I do like the color. My older one was gray and I got the red one this time (ginger Heather I think it's called)

Dependable quality and comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have worn the Canyonlands jacket almost daily since I bought it a few years back. It is lightweight, yet warm. It has a soft fleece lining. The zip pockets hold my phone and whatever else I need to carry. Because mine is still going strong with no signs of that changing, I bought this as a gift for my best friend. You can't beat the Canyonlands line for comfort and performance!

Perfect multi-use jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Canyonlands full-zip has so many uses! You can wear it over a t-shirt or tank as a jacket or you can layer it under an insulated jacket. It compresses pretty tightly so it's easy to stash in a pack too. I love the soft fleece lining and stretchy material. I also really like how it has a slighter longer fit, so it provides good coverage if you wear it with leggings. 10/10!
