Great socks, but don't charge for heat molding
My kids really liked these snowboarding socks. They have a fun pattern and kept their feet warm all day. However, we did not appreciate that for the first time ever we had to pay $26 for snowboard boots to get heat molded. Apparently it is only free if you buy the boots from REI. However, REI does not have a wide/good selection of snowboard boots, especially in kids sizes. In fact their entire snow selection gets smaller and smaller every year. It was defiantly a disservice to loyal customers who do try to buy from REI before other places. We were charged for heat, it was ridiculous.
