[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful shoe. But it has a fatal design flaw. Unlike the history of Keen shoes, it is far too narrow, and the sole is even narrower than the footbed! Not only was it uncomfortable across the widest part of the foot, It felt unstable, like I was on ice skates. It made me think that a future ankle-roll was in store should I wear these on any uneven surface. It's really a shame too, for the shoe is absolutely gorgeous. Keen, please return to your roots. The market is still huge for shoes that are wide enough and good for your feet. This is what made Keen a powerhouse brand. Please don't abandon your original design principles. I would have purchased two pairs if they were wide enough.
I don’t buy ASICS anymore. They are not of the quality I have experienced in past years. I have 2 pairs of water shoes from KEEN and they have traveled with me to far places and have worn for years. My new KEENS did not disappoint. I love, love love them. The headline above is my actual license plate. I truly would be happier if they were manufactured in the USA of all components. Of course I have told family and they too wear KEENS. Amazing fit and durability! I’m 67 years old.
I was so pleased to find women’ boots in the right size and really wanted these to work. They did fit, however they just didn’t feel right. They are more like high top sneakers than boots - very flexible. It didn’t feel like my ankles had much support and it felt like my weight was getting shifted to the outside edges of my feet. I don’t think the problem was my custom orthotics because this didn’t happen with other boots I have tried.
The Terradora Explorer met all my needs in a hiking shoe to bring on my upcoming trip to the Scottish Highlands. They are lighter than my old reliable Keen heavy duty hiking boots and hug my feet making hiking very comfortable for my bunions. I have been wearing them all day in preparation for the trip and they are very comfortable and sturdy. In addition, they have a very attractive look. A plus!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these boots for work and absolutely love them! They give me the comfort and support that I need to be on my feet for long periods of time. I like the style too! Didn’t want anything too bulky and masculine. These are comfy and cute! Thanks keen!!
Super comfortable and supportive right out of the box, and the sole is great on snow and ice. That was the reason I got rid of a prior pair of Keen boots: the sole was too slippery for our Wisconsin winters.
I wear a 6. 5 with average width feet. I ordered a 6. 5 and it was both too short and too narrow. It was also quite stiff. Returned and will go with another option.
So far I like these boots. Perfect for fair weather hiking. Not very water resistant. The dew on the grass really soaks in. Otherwise they are a comfortable fit
Thiese boots have a comfortable, great fit. Good arch and ankle support too. The style is sporty, looks great with casual pants.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few pairs of the terradora and am happy with the fit and comfort. I have a slim foot and these are great.
