Tires

Don’t like having flat tires so I decided to give the Tannus Armour inserts a try on my Ranger. I didn’t enjoy walking my bike a couple of miles the last flat I had. Looks to be a decent product. I had my local shop install them for me front and back. He told me he has installed a lot of them on bikes like mine and everyone has had success with them.

Tannus Tire Liners

I was receiving multiple small puncture holes (6 in one of my tubes) riding over Chino hills Ca caused by goat head thorns. That was until I installed Tannus tire liners, the liners are excellent protection for the trails I ride, could not off road without them, I highly recommend Tannus inserts

Stopped my flats

This stopped my flats in my ebike 100%. I had my local REI install these and it was the best thing I've ever added to my bike. I don't want to hassle with flats. I just want to ride. Highly recommend them.

A MUST when traveling thorny fields. Buy it before you need it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to get blackberry thorn punctures ALL THE TIME in my Pioneer e-bike riding on my farmstead, and Slime was my best friend for 'quick' repairs to prevent changing my flat tubes. Not any more. My only regret is that I didn't buy these earlier, pre-installed when I ordered my Quietkat! Dropped one star, because as a bike novice without proper tools for tire changing leverage, it took me a bit coaxing and creativity to install it evenly within the tire. (I used a plastic shoe horn for leverage.)

It's ok

I used this in the bmx park, it feels like landing on jello! You won't bust a tube tho, I promise. It would probably feel better on MTB.

Tannus tire liners are difficult

Tannus tire liners are difficult to install, I found it easier to put the inner tube in the tire liner first, then fit the tire liner with the inner tube over the wheel getting the valve stem in place, finally fit the tire over the tire liner and setting the tire bead into the rim of the wheel. It is a struggle, you need strong hands to get all in place, the Tannis tire liners are meant to wrap the inner tube completely. You will notice the difference.

A must have for the backcountry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently installed a pair of Tannus Armor liners for my e-bike so that I can ride rough terrain without the fear of a catastrophic flat miles from home. These liners are easy to install and have a thick solid design that assured me in knowing that these were a good product. Lastly, the price for these are competitive and really aren't that expensive considering the benefits. I strongly recommend these to others.

Must Have for Desert Riding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Witnessed too many flats in the desert not to have this product. Slimed the tubes too. Knocked off 1 star because product should be clearer about having to air down tires after use to reduce compression of the product. Would appreciate some life span projections if not performed each ride and whether or not there would be adverse effects on the downsized tube having to expand to fill that potential void.

Tannus tire liners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hopefully this will save someone a significant amount of trouble, believe me, but it’s not stated anywhere that liners are not installable with the stock tubes. A smaller replacement tube is required, which I did not find out until visiting an authorized dealer after hours attempting to install myself. Liners should work as intended now that they’re mounted.

Tannus ArmourTire Liner

Easy installation with the help of YouTube University, and although they are pricey, they are absolutely worth the investment. Flat tires SUCK! I purchased Tannus Armour tire liners, along with the appropriate sized inner tubes, for my 2024 Apex XD. I use my e-mountain bike for hunting and the wooded areas in southern Maryland, where I hunt, are filled with sticker briars that spend all of their energy scratching me, my clothing, and the paint on my bike. They have just enough length to poke tiny holes in fat tires that are unprotected by tire liners or similar anti-flat technology. I had no issues with flat tires on my e-bike; however, the fat tires on my all-terrain game trailer somehow missed the Tannus Armour memo, and one tire got two tiny holes that took about two days to result in a flat tire. Last night, I ordered two Tannus Armour tire liners for the game trailer. Do yourself a favor and protect your inner tubes. Yourwelcome😁
