Way too small
Unless you're anorexic, this might not be the brand for you. This runs so small that I could have ordered two sizes up. Even worse - I live hundreds of miles from the nearest REI. I was charged $7.99 for returning it. Last purchase that I take a chance on with REI. From now on - if I'm not 100% sure - I won't use REI.

No, I do not recommend this product
I’ve worn this vest twice and the fabric already ripped on the front chest. It was barely snagged by a branch and now the fill is coming out. I had expected better quality for such an expensive item.

I’ve been looking for a vest for awhile. Most add too much bulk but this sleek design by Vuori fits very nicely and is slimming. Great for outdoor sports but also nice enough to put over a sweater or blouse and jeans and wear for other activities

Like this vest - nice having zippered pockets on both sides and it's light and shorter than the usual vests that I usually wear - unfortunately I haven't been able to wear it yet for its intended use (stables).

On the Camino with Vuori

I used the Vuori vest almost on a daily basis as I hiked the Northern and English Camino’s across Spain this past month. It handled all weather conditions well and even when the temperature started to heat up!

Beautiful light blue color - oversized

I bought this online and loved the pale blue color of the vest when it got here. So disappointed to try it on and find that it was too large, and had a strange fit. From my chest down, the vest seemed to jut out from my body with too much fabric. I am 5’4” tall and 134 lbs and I bought a medium. (For point of reference, I vary from size small to size large in Vuori tops, depending on the cut - I have a larger bust,). If you regularly wear one of two sizes in Vuori tops, I recommend going for the smaller size. I returned the vest to an REI store and saw that the store had a size small in the black vest so I tried it on just to see the fit. Much better fit and I may ultimately end up getting the light blue color in a size small.
