Good chair with a few minor flaws

The Colman Bucket chair is overall a very comfortable chair with only a few minor flaws. The chair is made of sturdy construction and in fact is a bit stiff to get opened up when you take it out of the bag. It claims the weight limit is 250lbs but given the construction and how it looks I’d venture a guess it can hold substantially more than that. I’ve 6’3 and 240lbs and it had no issues holding me at all and I never once felt like i was going to break the chair. Collapsed the chair is quite a bit taller than your standard foldable chair. This is definitely not a chair I’d consider super packable but you can easily throw it in the back of your vehicle. It has a small headrest near the top which is a nice touch but honestly not something that you’d likely ever notice having or not having. The chair was extremely comfortable to sit in and didn’t put pressure on the back of the knees like some chairs in this category tend to do. The only minor issues I had with it was that it has no venting in the chair seat at all. Most chairs like this has some mesh to allow for venting during hot days when using the chair. I only have the opportunity to use this chair in the cold so far so I can’t say how it will fair on a hot day but given the material and lack of venting I’m guessing it will get warm quickly. The other minor issue is the cup holder. It’s a nice touch to have it but honestly the way it flops on the side; it’s likely to only be useful for a water bottle or something that has a sealed top. Overall I think the chair is a solid chair that is incredibly comfortable to sit in and would make a great chair to throw in the back of a vehicle for any event.

The chair is very confortable and very well done. The material is very resistant and confortable to the touch. Putting the chair inside the bag is very easy. The bag is definitely big enough. It might be a bit heavy for some people and I wish the strap to carry it was more flexible. When putting a can or a bottle into the cup holder, be careful not to move the chair too much, otherwise your drink might spill. A mug would not fit on it. I am thinking about a morning while camping and drinking coffee around the camp fire for example. The shape of the chair if you are not sitting on it might be kind of strange but no big deal. Overall, we really like the chair because it is very comfortable and very well done.

Our family uses a lot of different chairs for our endless sports games. We are always on the lookout for ones that are comfortable, affordable, durable, and will last many seasons. This chair is SO comfortable..one of the most comfiest ones we have had that also offers support. I filmed my husband using it, but for reference, I am 5’2” and 110 pounds and can fit my entire body wrapped in a ball in the seat with room to spare. I do wish the cup holder was bigger as it will not fit my larger travel mugs. If you are someone that struggles getting out of chairs or needs a more upright back support, this is not the product for you, due to the slope and back support. As for me, I am looking forward to spending more time in this chair during my son’s games.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coleman forester series bucket chair is very lightweight but very sturdy . The stainless steel frame can hold up to 250 lb . The seat fabric is polyester and very thick and strong . The seat is deep and lot of room makes it really comfortable. I like the oversized cup holder but it’s a little low . It doesn’t have arm rest so that’s a little minus there . I love how it opens up real fast as well as fold it back . The length when I fold back is 46 inch . I’m sure I will enjoy this chair so much for my camping trips .

This chair comes with a great carry bag that can be thrown over your shoulder for easy carrying. You pull out the bucket chair that you just unfold and it’s ready to sit in and go. This bucket chair is comfortable and the material is durable. Great chair for camping or days at the lake or anywhere you go.

I feel very supported in it. I love the added cup holder and the slope of the chair. It's almost like a mini hammock.
