Couldn’t feel more confident in a swim suit
This swimsuit is something I don’t ever really want to take off, even with my mixed feelings about my new postpartum body. The cut is super flattering and makes me pretty excited to head out to the beach. Paired it with the Erin bottoms and I love those too.

Like the top, disappointed in quality
I really like this swim top, it feels very supportive and you can be active in the water without worrying about a wardrobe malfunction. I am a little disappointed in the quality, after the very first time I wore it, I noticed the stitching along the bottom had come undone (I wasn't doing anything extreme in it, just hanging out on the beach and wading in the water). So it was still wearable (I was on a week-long trip and only brought 2 suits) but I had to be extra careful the rest of the trip not to pull it further. And fixed with my sewing machine when I got home.

Cute fuller coverage bikini top, could use more support

Cute bikini top and more coverage than a typical top. I would have liked to see a little more support - there's an elastic band under the bust but that's about it. I'm a 34C and could use a little more support. Color is beautiful - can't wait to wear it this summer.

Comfort and good coverage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this top to go with the Saluda compression tights, so liked the long line design. It was very comfortable and cute with good coverage. I am bustier on top (38D), so I removed the pads and it fit perfectly. My only wish would be that it had a silicone strip at the bottom to prevent rolling. As an older, curvier woman, I expect the rolling, but it would have been more comfortable, while snorkeling, to not have to pull the top down numerous times. Otherwise, the fabric was substantial and kept everything contained, and the piece was well made. It matched the leggings and the Cruz rash guard that I purchased with it.

Versatile swim top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a versatile swim top! I have a long torse so sometimes long-line items hit me weird, but this was perfect. Can wear with board shorts or swim bottoms or just jean shorts! It held up to water water rafting in WV. It feels very supportive and comfortable. Its not the best photo but its the only one I have.

Poor quality

This top is cheap looking with floating cups (always marketed as "removable"). It's not the quality of their older styles. I'm happy to pay for a quality suit, and I have 3 prior suits from Carve. I'm just so tired of businesses passing off these cheap floating cup designs that result in either the owner having to sew the cup in themselves, going without any coverage, or dealing with the cups moving around and bunching up in the water, which is so unflattering. For those if us that remember suits and sports bras before corporations started trying to cheap out on everything, this floating cup is just trash. It bunches, shifts, and never stays in place. Disappointing that Carve is now selling this design.

Missed the mark for me

I have some Carve pieces that I like, and I can see how this could be a great top for some people, but unfortunately it missed the mark for me. Top is very soft and stretchy, and combined with straps are a little too long for me means there just isn't enough support even as just a lounge top. Also, the top arrived damaged with a couple of holes under the left arm...? On the positive side, it is a pretty color, fabric and construction are nice, and would probably be great for some. Want to love this one but unfortunately it's going back.

More like pajamas than a swim top

I was hoping for a sports bra fit, but it's more like a soft top you could sleep in. The straps are too long for me (5'6") and the cups sit lower than they should. That makes the bottom band come down too far on my torso. The fabric is more like t-shirt fabric, stretchy and sort of baggy, soft, but not supportive. I was afraid to see what it would look like wet. Not for me.
