Wont Stick
The 3M tape used on this product would not stick to itself let alone a clean oil free smooth dash. The Product itself seems great but the 3M tape was no good to make it stick to the dash and easily peeled off the product itself. Will try and return it.
Budget friendly
Just wanted a device to hold phone in truck, without spending a lot. This works perfectly, not to bulky, it will stick to just about every vehicle surface, just have to place it and leave alone for at least 8 hours.!!!
Big Fan of N Ize
I use many Nite Ize products. (Phone Items from car to tethers), cord keepers and S Biners. The Squeeze Dash Mount is working very well I like the longer mount and 3M tape surface area, as my magnetic Nite Ize "ball" wasn't holding up with weight of my phone and heat of my car (live in AZ). So far so good. I do wish it came with a magnetic "ball" option.
Universal mount holder
This little gadget is the perfect addition to my IPhone 15. It holds the phone securely in place and when it’s on the windshield steelie suction base it doesn’t move or fall off when I’m driving the big Semi truck. It places the magnetic disc to the center of the phone making it level so it doesn’t drop to the left or right. Awesome invention…
Unable to re-adjust
Pick exactly where you want this to go perfectly the first time! I cannot unstick this thing for the life of me, which would be great if it was placed somewhere convenient. It turns out my phone gets too hot that high up on the dash, but it's stuck there now.
Stick to the curved textured surface
I had hard time to find a right product to mount on slightly curved fake leather surface. The 3M tape for base of this item has strong hold, finally I was able to mount the holder for right place. And of course the holder is pretty good too.
Great idea, won’t work on HRV
Thought this would be wonderful, but the mount is flat and too long for slightly curved dashboard or narrow flat surface. Can’t use or return since bought on vacation. Should have researched and bought Steelie Squeeze Dash mount.
I will buy again
I like how it holds the phone. The only draw back is you have to use 2 hands to put it in and take it out. I bought one for my personal truck and for my work truck.
Needs better adhesive
I had to purchase Command strips in order to get it to stick to my dashboard. The Nite Ize adhesive did not stick at all. Once installed, it has worked well
Melted off my dashboard
The adhesive is not very powerful, I installed according to instructions and it fell off a few days later. I tried to reapply and it would not stick.
