Got hooked- made me a jelly belly lover!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a small box of Jelly Belly Cocktail Classics for my Husband's B'day (found one odd package in a household goods store!). I am not sweets nor candy lover), but tried these and got hooked! The flavors are original, natural tasting (especially the Mojito, Pomegranate Cosmo and Margarita). Very suitable for adults. We couldn't stop snacking! Cons: Am looking and searching for them in local stores: the cocktail classics are not available. To pay S&H on 1-2 small bags makes the jelly beans even a bit more pricey. Would love to be able to buy locally and in larger packacking (like 2 pounds; or in 5 Lbs. bulk) in retail.
Classics Are Memories-Not Nightmares
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, we have here a classic cocktail mixture of various famous cocktails. Shaken, not stirred, no some are not even close! Now, do not get me wrong. There are some that just go wham and the rest just kinda go, oops!! Pina Calada, Strawberry DQ good and pretty well on the money. The others, well, either the bartender had a light hand or forgot the flavor he/she was working with. And they said, ""Belly Flops the ones that didn'T make it!"" Heck, they got these beat by a mile as do the regular flavors and even the new Snapple. If you need to keep jellybelly sober these will do the trick!! Stick with carmel corn, popcorn, the new Snapple and the jellybelly castouts- JellyBelly Flops.
Niece says we must have another Bean Boozle Party!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Niece was dying to have a small Bean Boozle birthday party....wanted to keep secret the ""trick"" she was going to pull on her best friends and little sister....Oh, Wow, what a hilarious time we had! Fortunately the best friends mom was a good sport and played the game....I refused....I knew too much! The reactions were great...some instant....Yuk! Good ole mom even ate and swallowed most of her yucky ones! Vote at the end was spit out dog food and spoiled milk FAST!! Surprised niece with the snow cone machine and guest in a jelly bean costume to top it all off. Review?....niece said it was the best birthday party she ever had....how's that for a review?!! But, now how do we ever top that?!
Pretty centerpieces
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered them because I thought it would be interesting to see what Jelly Belly did with cocktails. It was a letdown. I used them as centerpieces for my holiday dinner table and found people munching on them at the end of the meal. The table looked bright and cheery eith them in the center in glass containers, but people were picking through them, so they didn't like some of the flavors and there were a lot left over. Just have to use them for show and try other flavors for snacking.
Magical beans!
I recently tried Jelly Belly cocktail jelly beans, and I must say, they were a delightful surprise! The flavors were impressively authentic, capturing the essence of classic cocktails perfectly. Each bean offered a burst of taste that made it feel like a mini cocktail experience. Whether you're a fan of fruity or more sophisticated flavors, there's something in the mix for everyone. Overall, a fun and tasty treat that I'd highly recommend!
LOVE LOVE LOVE These
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been a Jelly Belly person. Went to the tour and tried the Cocktail Mix and I am HOOKED. I keep them in a little Tupperware by my bed so I can have a little when I am reading in bed. My family is shocked on how much I LOVE these and now I ordered them to the house. Friends now know if they want to treat me on their trips, no t-shirts or figurines, they get me Cocktail Mix Jelly Belly's if they can find them.
CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT JELLY BELLY !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I eat Jelly Belly jelly beans and other candies from Jelly Belly whenever my sweet tooth craving needs attention! Never get disappointed! Can't always get to store to buy them, so having them shipped is great! I also save money by buying alot of Flops! The mix candy bag that is discounted was a total disappointment! Had only three kinds of candy and was boring and sickeningly sweet stuff. Yuk!
These are great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good approximations of classic cocktails - the mojito was especially impressive. The reviewers who didn't like them must have eaten them by the handful or something - try them one at a time, just like you would regular cocktails! I'd love to see even more flavors, like White Russian or Amaretto Sour. I'm going to put these out in fancy cocktail glasses at my next party.
Weird…and not in a good way
I should have read more closely. All I wanted was regular jelly beans and suddenly I’m trapped miles and miles from civilization with only these as desert. 😢
I might buy this again if they fix the flavor and post what!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The classic cocktail jelly beans tasted ok. They need to add what each jelly bean represents in the classic cocktails. It was hard to identify what they were! There was one jelly bean that just tasted nasty! Other than that one jelly bean the rest were ok. Not great just ok. It seemed that there was no flavor to them.
