Work well, strap takes some getting used to.
Poles work well, but it takes a bit to figure out and use the hand strap. I have only had one adventure with them so far and assume it will get easier. I also had on a wrist brace which made it more awkward.

Get the right size wrist straps.

Really like the poles. Didn’t realize the wrist straps were medium, so too small for me. Took them back to the store and got large wrist straps. Very comfortable and easy to push when needed.
