Great underwear so far
This review is based on using these once for a 5 mile hike, and not a long hike or extended backpack. That said, these performed very well on a hike with 2000 feet of elevation over 2.5 miles in cool conditions with a short stint of rain. They were comfortable under hiking pants and rain pants and seemed to wick moisture very well. There is a sort of pocket in the front for the boys that seems a bit strange at first, but I found it an excellent design to give support without constraint. I wondered about chafing with the seams on this pocket, but did not experience any issues over the 2 or so hours of this hike. No long range or multi-day testing yet, but my initial take is a 5 star for the value and function.

bought this a few months ago during one of the holiday sales. pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and breathable they are! ended up buying another one before they got discontinued.
Great for snowboarding!
Usually wear boxers but like these for snowboarding; wore out the last pair and these were actually an upgrade.
