Columbia  Basin Butte Fleece Full-Zip Jacket - Kids'

According to Columbia's size charts I should had ordered my son a size down but I ordered up a size anyways. He had another jacket that he wore once to school and lost and I did the same thing for this replacement jacket and I was really surprised to see the size difference as it was hard for him to get off, and this was without a sweatshirt, just one layer long sleeve shirt. For this reason I am sending back. It's quite annoying to have to send back for a quality issue and then apparently get charged for high shipping and return fees from Columbia. I won't be ordering directly from this site anymore.

My kids wear fleece jackets everyday in the colder months for car rides, or just running around outside for a few minutes. I wanted something that had a little bit more warmth than a standard fleece. These seem to be perfect. I like the water repellent feature on the hood and shoulders. My kids love the colors. I haven't actually tried them out yet, so I can't really speak to their function, but they're fleece jackets at heart, so I'm sure they'll be fine for us.

My little one is warm and keeps on playing I would recommend this product it's nice and warm, the water resistant helps her play more in the rain and yet still be warm :) she enjoys it and I'm going to keep this type of jacket in mind when I buy more jackets for her :)

This jacket fits him perfectly and you can even add another layer if it gets to cold. The jacket is good for those cool days when it will tend to get warmer. Great Product

I sized up (based off the size chart) for my average sized 7 year old son and I'm glad i did. It's big enough that he'll get 2 years out of it without swimming in it. It's a good mid weight jacket for Fall and Spring in New England. Hooded fleeces are hard to find.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While it did run a little on the small side and the ability for us to increase the sleeve length by one inch (as mentioned in the description) isn't there, it is still a good value for a single season coat.

I bought a size M for my just turned 8 year old. He had been wearing an XS for almost 3 years. Great quality. Please come out with better brighter boy colors. I love the silver lining for warmth.

Best jacket for weather transition! I love that they are warm while still playing outdoors and they do not feel the urge to take off their jacket because it’s too hot. The best!
