Great running shorts, pockets too small for phone

Thin and light; comfortable to wear and look great. They didn't absorb a lot of sweat on a 6 mile run in 60 degree weather. However, the back pocket is too small for my phone. I put it in a side pocket, but they are rather shallow and have low cut openings. It felt like my phone might fall out at any moment, and eventually it did (luckily on a dirt trail)! I always bring my phone while running so this is a dealbreaker for me; a shame since they were otherwise great.

Great running shorts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts are absolutely incredible! They’re super durable and extremely lightweight, it almost feels like you’re wearing nothing! The only thing is if you have thicker thighs, I definitely suggest sizing up to have a more comfortable fit, but these shorts are great! The waistband stretches super well plus the design of the zipper pocket in the back is game changer if I need to carry anything without falling out! They feel super soft on the skin and the lined inside provides extra support so they’re more adjusted to your body while you’re running. My favorite part of these shorts has to be the breathability. They’re super lightweight and I just love the feeling of them barely weighing me down. The only thing I would change if I had to would be the leg room, I’d definitely widen it a bit more for a more baggier fit for us that have bigger thighs.

Runs really small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These running shorts run really small and I am a really thin guy that weight around 125 pounds. All my other Nike shorts are a size small and fits me perfectly. I may have to size up for this style of running shorts. I do like the material and feel of the shorts. I couldn’t wear for long periods of time because the shorts are so tight. Also the groin area is really snugged.

Comfortable, lightweight, stretchy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts look great on my son. He is an athlete and prefers the lightweight material. He has worn these for workouts and they are comfortable when sweating and allow for movement. I would give 5 stars if the built in liner was more like boxers than briefs. He said that was the most uncomfortable part but he still loves these shorts.

Like Butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love the Nike Dri-Fit Stride Running Shorts! I have worn them several times and they have held up to all my athletic tests! I love how the recycled material feels on my skin and they do not ride up your thighs! I have worn other shorts and they always ride up and do not stay as dry! That is important to me as sweat a lot, and these pass my test and needs with flying colors. The length of the shorts themselves is great and does not restrict my movement. The waistband is very comfortable with me being a little thicker in the waist it almost feels like it is not even there, but stills stay in place! The pocket located in the back holds up my phone well, I had to take my case off but perfect otherwise. I would say for me the material of the shorts is my favorite aspect of the shorts, I was especially impressed with how they felt with them being recycled material. I will say the brief liner on my thighs was a little tight, but I would still give these a 10/10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The materials were nice and lightweight but they run small. I went true to size but I should have went up a size because it was very tight in the waist area. The small hints of reflective items was a good touch. I just couldn't wear them for a long period of time due to it being tight around my waist.

Nice Shorts!

My favorite running shorts, I really like the new waistband, more comfortable than previous model. Great length and the pockets are handy.

Size Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are some really nice shorts unfortunately if you have thick thighs, you need to size up. I usually can get into a mens medium but I think a large would have worked. I was unable to get these pass my thighs. I love the material though.

A decent short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who typically throws on any athletic short for the occasional run, I can't speak about how they stack up to other true "running" shorts, but they get the job done. I was afraid the brief lining was going to feel weird, but was surprised to note that it doesn't feel out of place or uncomfortable at all. The woven fabric feels very nice with a decent cooling quality as well. Honestly, the biggest plus for me is the length. women's shorts are typically much too short for my comfort level, so running shorts marketed for men are more my speed. That being said, I still wouldn't wear these as a gym short where I was going to be doing a lot of squatting or bending over. Biggest criticism is the pockets-- much too shallow to keep anything important in them while you run, so if you don't already have an armband for your music player of choice, you'll need one. There is a zipper pocket in the very back that's also much too small for a phone but may fit a slim wallet, if you're running with your identification. All in all, if all you're gonna be doing in them is running, pretty solid.

Nike Dri-FIT Stride Running Shorts Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike Dri-FIT Stride Running Shorts are extremely breathable and comfortable with a great modern design that will suit anyone looking for running bottoms. These running shorts are made of a very lightweight and breathable material that allows for anyone to stay cool during a hot summer run. I would say that the shorts run true to size and have a nice relaxed fit to them. The inner liner is supportive, yet light and form fitting enough that it feels like it’s not even there. The ventilated sections along the back and sides of the shorts below the waistline allow for maximum breathability and help wick sweat away easily. The design of the shorts is super stylish and goes along with any top. The 3m reflective elements on the swoosh and leg are really nice touches. I also really like the zipper pocket on the back that fits most phone sizes. My only complaint about the shorts is I personally wish they were slightly longer. I would probably opt for the 7” length if I had to choose between the two. Other than that, I would definitely recommend these shorts for a workout or just to wear around casually.
