Rex Specs Flex!

I recently bought a pair of gently used Rex Specs from REI used gear for my pup Flex. He has Pannus, worse in the left eye than the right. We were told he would need good eye protection from outdoor elements. Flex is a frisbee dog, so I got right to ordering some Rex Specs for him. The measurement guide was on point, Flex wears a large comfortably. He adjusted well to wearing them, especially when playing frisbee. There are helpful videos on the Rex Specs site on slow introductions. I highly recommend these goggles for any pup that may need the protection!! My order arrived fast and in very good condition.

protects dogs eyes against injury and UV exposure

I bought these goggles because my dog was diagnosed with Pannus, an autoimmune condition that can cause clouding of the eyes and possible blindness and is exacerbated by UV radiation. He's been wearing them for about three weeks and tolerates them okay. They block UV radiation plus help protect his eyes when he jams his head into bushes to sniff out cats and rabbits. They fit well and stay on even when he wishes they wouldn't. A plus is all the attention he gets when wearing them and all the stories I get to make up about why he has them. Follow the sizing guidelines and you should get the right size. The manufacturer was also very helpful in answering questions.

These are the best!

Love Rex Specs! So nice knowing that our pup's eyes are protected from dirt and debris when he's hanging out the window. We have a Bernese Mountain Dog and the XL fits perfectly. Trained him with no lens and then moved to clear and now he sports the mirrored ones on sunny days without a problem. Definitely puts a smile on people we drive by when they see him, too!

Great product for active dogs

Our dog took to these really quick! He's an active pup and loves feeling the wind in his ears, but not in his eyes, so we decided to give the Rex Specs a try. Riding in the car, playing fetch, or just going for a hike, he keeps going with them on. We're looking forward to this summer when we can use them indulging in some of our favorite lake activities. Plus, we think he looks pretty good and has turned some heads.

Great eye protection

I bought these for my blind dog to protect his eyes from sticks etc when he’s outside. They’re also great when I take him out for bike rides.

Perfect for hiking!

Rex Specs provided great eye protection. Protection for eyes from brush, sticks, and debris along the trail and in the woods. Also great protection from cold winds. Followed the training guidelines and after some practice everything fell into place. So happy to have these for car rides and bike rides come summer.

Great for biking dogs

I bought these for my dog to wear while riding in his trailer behind my bike. It took some time to get the right fit but my dog doesn't seem to mind wearing them. The lenses scratch but Rex Specs sells replacements on their website

Adorable!

These goggles were super cute and fit well on my Siberian husky. Unfortunately not at scratch proof, but they stay on good when he rubs his face/body on the ground.

Protects her eyes

And she doesn't (often) mind wearing them. She's getting older and has eye issues, and these protect her from sunlight and running into twigs.
