It’s a roller. Got this thing for $4 because of some credit or store points. I wouldn’t spend more than $15 bucks for something like this but for the price I got the thing works immaculate. Prefer it to be wider because I love to use it for my back but the shortness of it is great for targeting. Would recommend.
