Odd fit
Impressed with the performance of Lowa's Renegades, I ordered these shoes expecting quality, durability, waterproof construction and a supportive fit. But the Malta shoes have an odd, straight fit, wide at the heel and straight in the middle. Probably because of the Goretex layer, they are stiff when new. While the size I ordered is my normal size, the shoes slipped around my heels and did not envelop my midfoot. I had to return them.
