Somehow Cozy & Breezy at Once
We brought this thing with us on our road trip from Wisconsin to California. My boyfriend and I both wore it. We could both lay on it at the beach or use it as a tent to block the sun for our dog. Dries quickly. Doesn’t get dirty (that we can tell). Never smelled bad. It’s somehow cozy and breezy at the same time.
Post cold plunge must have!

I just throw it on and can change out of my wet clothes, dry off and get dressed all under this amazing shelter:) I've also enjoyed wrapping myself up in it to sit around a fire. Walking a few blocks to poach your friends hot tub? No problem, this Poncho Blanket is all you need! There was a mix up and it took a few weeks to receive my order but the staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend purchasing from this company
Nomadix Poncho Beach Towel
Made of a soft, thick and comfortable fabric, sizing is wide enough to allow plenty of room for changing clothes underneath if desired. Works well as a towel or light blanket, or to layer over swimwear or clothing for warmth during chilly conditions. However, it is considerably heavier and bulkier than I anticipated. Not an issue if using close to a vehicle, cabin or whatnot, but it's too bulky and heavy to fit easily in a beach tote or small daypack, and still have room for anything else. If bulk and weight aren't an issue for you, it'd probably rate 5 stars, but for me, I'd give it 4 to 4 1/2 stars due to those limitations.
Weak Magnets Defeat Primary Purpose
The listing says this has button closures on the sides. It doesn’t; it has magnets, which is cool in theory, but not in practice because they’re too weak and come apart leaving you exposed while changing—even if changing carefully. Otherwise great. But since the magnet issue basically defeats one of the product’s primary purposes, it gets two stars. Will be returning and purchasing the changing poncho (not this changing towel) direct from Nomadix. FWIW the Nomadix website also improperly advertises this colorway of the product as having button closures. Several other colorways actually do have button closures, so those might work better.

Weak Magnet Enclosure and Huge!
I received my poncho towel today, and I have a couple of observations to share. Firstly, one of the magnet enclosures seems to be quite weak and struggles to stay closed securely. Additionally, the poncho itself is generously sized – I'm 6ft tall and weigh 250 pounds, and even I find it to be exceptionally large. Considering the price I paid, I expected better quality and shouldn't have to go through the hassle of returning it due to a quality issue. On another note, I'd also love to see more solid color options available for this product. Overall, I must say I'm not pleased with my purchase.
Great Swimsuit Cover and Towel Combo
Like the flexibility to wear this as a swimsuit coverup that can also be used as a towel. Dries quickly and holds its shape well. Designed really well; my main complaint is that the hole for the head should be a little bit larger.
Poncho hoody
The quality of the product I enjoy, and the size is right on as for the weight seems kind of heavy but I love the look. You at the quarry I wish it was a little more smooth. It is a bit rough. But I cannot wait to rock this during camp or the beach especially at night.

Purchased this in the Tie-Dye pattern for my teen daughter for working this summer as a dive master in the Keys. She gets chilled after surfacing so she uses this to dry off, warm up and also while waiting between divers. This also serves as a towel for sitting on the boat and a cover up when riding out to dive spots. The hood protects her from the sun, and it dries super quick. Many thanks to the customer service person that helped solve the expected delivery date upon checkout and delivery confirmation email discrepancy I got immediately after purchasing. I reached out and they were able to send it express and it arrived in time! Love this awesome quality made product and great customer service. Highly recommend!
