Great concept but expected higher quality
Overall I really like the concept of having a kit and accessory that allows you to have multiple cooking surfaces and therefore multiple options on how to prepare your food that packs down fairly flat. However I found that this product was quite porous and the quality of the cast iron left something to be desired. On the first cook with the flat griddle pan I noticed a crack small crack on the Pam’s edge formed as I was preheating the pan for about 3 minutes before cooking fajitas on it. This was definitely a surprise. From there each cook proved to perform well at providing searing and a decent surface area to cook 4 burgers at a time or several batches of fajitas at once. After cooking fajitas there was a decent layer of caked on bits I believe are due to the porosity of the cast iron material. After a decent amount of scraping and cleaning I was able to clear most of the debris but some darker spots from the deeper burnt spots remained. This product is convenient in that you can convert your two burner stove into two separate cooking surfaces with a small and flat storing carrying case that the pans are stored in that definitely pack down smaller than two separate pans would which might give them an edge over having two pans that perform the same function. However this may not matter if your setup allows for more space - in which case I would potentially suggest going with pans where you can get something higher quality that does the same function.
Sturdy, Well Made
Seems well made. The website says works with all Cascade grills but I don’t think it properly fits on our 328 grill. Haven’t gotten around to using it quite yet because it arrived after our trip. Came with a bag that’s nice.

Love this small grill and stove
Perfect small grill for use with the single burner camp stove. Love this small, light stove, and that you can get this grill for it. Had no issue that it is open, we used foil if we needed wind block.
Dimensions
What are the exact bottom dimensions? I am looking to see if it will fit my old Coleman camp stove. To replace the aluminum grill.
Sticky Situation
Pancakes severely stuck to the griddle and could not be flipped. It seems my pieces are missing a certain coating.
