Higher Quality & Cute Pattern!
This rain cover is better quality than the standard one my pack came with! I have a 70L Gregory Deva and this rain cover fit over it perfectly with room to spare for larger packs. You do not need a Gregory pack to use this rain cover. If you have a 60L the cover may feel a bit large. It does have a pull string to tighten it up if need be. I think the pattern is very cute and neutral for men or women to use. I took it out for a weekend hike with light rain in Kentucky and my pack stayed entirely dry all weekend. The water beaded up on the rain cover showing that it’s water resistant, which I did like. The inside is lined with some kind of waterproofing material so the texture feels a little “grippy” when it’s humid which is good so it clings to your pack and stays in place. The hem lines inside the cover are also waterproofed and sealed. I especially like that you can fold this rain cover up into itself using the attached and included pouch for easy storage. I would recommend this to anyone!
Great Raincover
I have a Gregory Baltoro 75 and had it loaded for a 3 day 2 night trip. The raincover fits very nicely over the whole backpack covering the entire top and bottom of the pack with decent coverage of the sides. I also like the draw string allowing me to cinch the cover more snugly to the pack. The raincover is constructed very well with seams all sealed. The built in storage bag is a nice touch. With no rain during our trip and no rain in the forecast I sprayed my pack and raincover with my hose and it shed the water with ease and with a few shakes the raincover was dry enough to fold up. The color scheme is also very appealing. It’s not a loud color like a fluorescent yellow or a dull gray or black color.
Nice looking, but the large was too big for my bag
When backpacking, everything in the interior of my pack is in a heavyweight trash bag in addition to the water-resistant compression sacks. I considered having a rain cover as defense-in-depth so purchased the Gregory large for my 55L pack. As with everything I have purchased from Gregory, it was well-made. The material was perfect and should do the job, the design was exceptional (this from a guy that doesn't usually care), and the strap attachment and cinching system were solid. However, even with the pad strapped to the outside of my pack, this cover was too big. I needed a snug fit that would accommodate light loads. I returned, but I strongly recommend.
Quick and Easy
It's quick and easy to throw over my pack, does not get in the way when hiking, also does not redirect water down my back. 75L (65+10) Deuter pack. I have even used it on my much smaller school backpack.
Great Rain Cover - Could Use an Attachments System Though
I bought this raincover to go over my 70L pack. The trip I tested it on was a four-night, five-day in and out trip to Little Yosemite Valley. We didn't get much rain so it's only use during the trip was going up the "mist" trail and Nevada Falls. The waterfalls were running more than they have in several years so the mist was more like a horizontal rain! The cover packs into itself and is easy use. Everything under the cover was dry and it performed like I expected. The only reason for not giving a 10/10 is that there is no built in attachment system on the cover to fix it to the pack. It has an elastic edge that fits around well but the security of having something around the pack would bring a nice peace of mind. Not hard to modify though. Overall, great raincover!

Kept my Osprey Atmos dry inside.
I used the Gregory rain cover on a weekend hike with one afternoon of light rain. It kept my pack dry. A good trade off for lightweight and durability. I’ve used trash bags and Chinese, no-name internet pack covers in the past. The Gregory is more durable by far.
Great Overall Backpacking bag
Great Comfortable Backpacking Bag, I have had the older version and Gregory just keeps on improving. My only bief is I had to buy a raincover separately and it did not come with a day bag like the older model Bartolo 65. Otherwise even do its on the heavy side it is in my opinion the best bag outhere especially if you have lower back problems like myself.
Good product, as expected.
Looks and feels like a sturdy rain cover - haven't had a chance to actually test it in the rain, but it has all the basic features one would expect from a quality rain cover. Hard to make a rain cover that really stands out from the competition, but this one certainly goes well with the Katmai 65. Gave 4 stars because nothing about it really "wows" - but hey, it's just a rain cover! Will keep you dry when needed and stows away nice and small in its own pocket.
Worked perfectly!
I had to use this on my first backpacking trip, and I was so glad I decided to buy it just in case, even though the forecast was clear. It went on easily and covered everything attached to my pack. Everything stayed nice and dry. As a bonus, the print is cute and different.
Works Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this on a trip in Utah where we got rain overnight. My backpack was perfectly dry the next day. I also love how the carrying case is integrated with cover for easy storage. #giftedproduct
