I have a few other hammocks I had bought. But this hammock actually breaths. It actually allows air to circulate through its stitching to keep you cool. Highly recommend paying a little extra for clearly a superior quality hammock. I bought both the two person and single person.
The product is nicely packed, easy to use, and works well with smaller and medium trees. 4 star review because REI sold an obviously used one as new.
I was a little apprehensive at the time of my purchase, but once I set it up all my doubts went away. 10 out of 10, would buy again. Also: Check for rocks under where you set this up. I feel like this is common knowledge, but I’m an idiot and I learned the hard way. Pun intended.
Goldie locks approved. Not too small, not too big. Just the right size for one.
I’ve had this hammock for about 3 years now and I’ve used it at least 30 times in that amount of time. I’m 5’11” and 170lbs and I fit perfectly. It’s very easy to setup and paired with the right bag and pillow it is very comfortable. Only complaint would be that the straps would be easier to setup if it had a ratchet system like one of my friends hammocks, but for $50 you can’t go wrong.
Just bought this for $25 on sale. It is too short to be comfortable. My back has started to hurt very quickly in this hammock while others from friends of other brands have been fine for me. I love the colors and the price (when on sale). I’d never buy this for full price though. The Atlas straps are fine but the hammock itself is just not comfortable. I’m 5’8” for reference too. Shorter people may be able to tolerate it.
Cool product and high quality materials. I bought this to sleep cool on camping trips and with its small packing size it is easy to bring along. With that said, straps are not included while many other brands include this essential item. That’s like selling an iPhone without a charger… come on guys. Also, mine came with a 1 inch tear in the bag that holds the hammock when it is not in use. Huge bummer, really wanted to like this thing.
Awesome hammock for chill summer days. I use a little carabiner to keep the straps and hammock pouch together. Very simple setup as long as you're in the right environment. The side pocket is also great for holding small items to keep them from sliding around in the hammock. Haven't camped in it yet, but certainly suitable for park naps, reading, or time with friends.
This is a very nice single hammock. Perfect for relaxing at home plus easy to pack up and take camping. It's very durable because my grandsons enjoy swinging in it. Happy with the purchase.
I love this hammock, I got the plum color and it’s gorgeous. Kind of annoying that the suspension kit doesn’t come with the hammock and you have to purchase it separately but oh well. It comes with two carabiners so you could probably make your own system to hang it up. The bag turning into a pocket when you unravel the hammock is very nice too
