I really wanted these to work!

Off to Patagonia, my old waterproof Keens needed replacement. I have had luck with some models of Hoka's street shoes and decided to give their new (to me, anyway) waterproof trail shoes a try. I took them for a test walk locally and things seemed fine. But half a day on the " real" trail and I had a bruised toe and two blisters. The left shoe had actually lost its form and no adjustment of laces or socks made a difference. Perhaps Hoka should stick to running shoes.

Bad quality

I have bought 3 pairs of this and have to return all of them. They are all defective and have different quality issues on the right shoe. I really like the design and it is very comfortable. But the quality control is terrible. Unfortunate for such good design.

King of stability

Nothing in the market comes close to the Kaha 2 for stability combined with cushioning. Just look at the crazy heel width. Thank you for this unique and special shoe. For - Plantar Fascitis - Morton’s Neuroma - unstable ankle

Just What I'd Hoped For

Accurate fit. Very good cushion for legs and knees. Good for walking city streets. Got them today. Only wore them once, but if they hold up well, they will indeed be excellent.
