Stop asking me to review things before I use them
I am not ready to write a review yet: You sell camping and outdoor equipment that has to be used and lived in for a while before anyone can realistically, accurately, and helpfully review it. So, my advice to you is to hold off on filling my mailbox with review requests just days or less after I receive an item, wait a few months - maybe six - then ask, "Hey, have you had a chance to use your item? How was it?" You will get a much more realistic and helpful review then.

The new pack is very
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new pack is very nice. I think you should add the stuff pocket back to the Stratos 24 of old. I loved having a quick access spot to shove shoes, wet gear or whatever without having to open a zipper. Now I have to attach something to stow gear and the zippered pocket is not large enough.
