Not the service I expect from REI
I picked up my bike rack and asked if it would be difficult to attach to my car. 'Oh no, not at all - it only takes a few minutes.' In that case, I said, can you please put it on my car for me? 'no, for that you need an appointment.' But I came specifically from Carpinteria to pick this up. 'Well, sorry!' It was an older gentleman and I believe his name was John. He seemed to know everything and was teaching the nice employee how to look up packages, etc. This was such a disappointment to me. I absolutely love REI and consider myself a very good customer. The rack is still sitting in the garage and I haven' opened the box yet.

Easy set up, a part was broken but I can deal with that. Works like a charm if you have bikes over 50 lbs each :-)
