Super cost effective.

Great alternative to paying $9.50 for a pound of Coleman Propane, those green containers, or $6.50 or so for MSR isobutane. With a Kovea adapter you can run this butane with most backpacking stoves. This is the only downside, butane works great and hot until the outside temperature drops to about 40 degree's fahrenheit, after that, your stove will have a tendency to sputter and die a slow death. At that point start using your isobutane, that will get you to about 15 degrees or so if needed. You can snag a Kovea butane adapter through Rei I think or Amazon.

Butane fuel canister.

I love that REI carries this product. No one else does. It's a bit pricey which is new. Used to the cheapest.
