Great For Camping
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this sink. It is so nice to be able to wash my dishes while I am camping, so I don't have to worry about the bugs flying around the dirty dishes. I love how it folds down, so it doesn't take up much space. It is very easy to fold and pop up. I also like the side handles it has. This makes it very easy to carry. The drain works really well, and when you put in the stop, it seems to hold a tight fit, and doesn't let water through. The only thing I did not like about this sink is it doesn't have anywhere to hold the water, so you must bring your own and pour it in. Overall this sink works well and I would highly recommend it.
Nice, but the drain leaked from the start.
I bought two and I had a leaking drain on one upon arrival. I did not feel like going through the hassle of returning a $16.00 item, so I added a rubber o-ring to the drain plug and it solved the problem. This should not be necessary on a brand new piece of equipment. I think they should just have an o-ring on the drain plug to start and skip the blue gasket attached to the drain. I added an o-ring to the sink that did not leak just in case. I attached a photo, you can see the black o-ring that I added.

I love this. People complain about the sticker but it came out easily for me I just peeled it off slowly. I use it every day. It gets the job done. It packs small and its perfect for my small space
Multipurpose sink
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this SOL collapsible sink while we went camping because of the many uses it offers. Not only did I use this as a sink to clean our dishes and pots/pans after cooking while camping but I used this as a portable washing machine and for carrying/holding supplies. I washed the dogs paws in this sink as well and didn’t have to get the camper wet/dirty either! This is a perfect addition to any camping trip or outdoor activity because it folds up easily and doesn’t take up a lot of room.
Solution for people who complained about the leak
This is the perfect form factor for us. I too got an o-ring which fixed the problem. Specifically I used a #17 o-ring (1 1/16" O.D. x 7/8" I.D. x 3/32")
Absolutely horrible sticker
This entire bottom of the basin is covered with a huge sticker. For what possible reason is this even necessary? The adhesive on the product I bought was of such low quality, or so old, that it was essentially impossible to remove. I have attached a picture of what it looked like after 10 minutes of scratching, which resulted in scrapes to the product itself as well as dozens of miniscule sticker bits everywhere. A sticker that works like this is either a result of laziness of cheapness. I threw it away and will never buy a product from this company again.
A Camping Must Have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flat pack collapsible sink has been a life savor this summer while camping and made cleaning up a breeze. It holds 8 liters of water for washing dishes or washing up while camping, and it has a tight closed drain at the bottom for easy draining. It has also come in handy as a bucket or to carry supplies in, the carry handles are very sturdy. Great for any outdoor use like hiking, camping, very versatile and compact for transporting. The SOL flat pack sink is a definite must have and has been a great addition to our camping gear. Highly recommended.
Practical, easy to use but terrible sticker use
Got these for camping, sturdy, easy to use, great drainage. Easily packable and great for the car camping kit. Took off a star for the extremely frustrating experience of removing the sticker label they’ve pasted on the bottom. I don’t understand why companies use these, they are impossible to remove and a simple tag would have sufficed. Reviews should be about the product itself and that’s why I gave it four starts but if Sol by chance reads this review, please get rid of these stickers. It seems trivial but I’ve spent the better part of an hour scratching and using various solvents to remove these things.
One Great! One Leaks!
Bought two. One seems a very good buy for car/SxS camping as it holds good amount of water, holds it's shape when moving it around full of water, the built-in stand works well and collapses to a nice size. The other one has a slow but discernable leak regardless of the amount of water in it
Better than expected.
If you are worried about the sticker: it is not impossible to remove. To remove this one as well as any other stickers you want to remove from something: use a hair dryer to heat the adhesive all over, then begin to gently pull up from one corner while still applying heat, aim the blow dryer under the sticker while you lift slowly from one end to the other. This is how you remove stickers completely. Spread the word. The sink itself is great and exactly what we needed. Very sturdy, holds water, and collapses to save space in the car.
