Disappointed
Last year I got 12 paddleboards from Glide and 12 free paddles - the paddles all came unglued. They sent 12 more - same - all unglued and screws for adjustment won’t tighten. Ordered 6 SUP paddles from REI last week. To my dismay the paddles are the same ones as last year. 4 have come unglued and 1 simply came broken in the box. FYI. all 6 paddles sent from different locations in 6 different boxes.
Legit untill it broke
I had this paddle for about a year and have used it roughly 25 times. I have battled some chop and bigs waves along with some distance rides (10+ miles ) and have really torqued on it in the past. The fiberglass juncture where the shaft and handle meet cracked after a really intense paddle. Was hoping that it would take that amount of force better.
Great for paddleboarding
I am 5'11" and this paddle fits me well. I also like the grip on the handle.
The paddle is adjustable so it fits both me and my much shorter wife when we share our SUP.
