A shocking hit

I am not an oatmeal lover, a banana lover, or even a breakfast lover but the price was right and being a single serving sold me. When I do have oatmeal at home I always make it with milk but I didn't realize this was lacking powdered milk in the ingredients until I was on the trail and you know what! I couldn't taste the difference at all. I added a scoop of peanut butter for extra protein and this is now one of my favorite trail breakfasts- I actually look forward to it which is a surprise because I only eat breakfast under duress, and backpacking all day makes breakfast a requirement. Really though, this is very good. I only wish REI sold it in bulk.

Delicious and Fruity Option

Was trying foods prior to some trips I am planning and this was one of the best. The oatmeal had a great consistency, firm yet smooth. There was a lot of fill fruit which was a plus. I was thinking it could use a little cinnamon but I appreciated the subtle not overly sweet taste. A real winner.

Its flavorless oatmeal with dehydrated banana pieces. Nothing too special.
