NRS  HydroSkin 0.5 mm Capris - Women's

Wore this all day to practice water rescues and flipping canoes in a lake in Washington in early June. I had full range of motion and never felt constricted by the fabric. I was warm in the water and warm out of the water after being submerged, whereas others in regular clothes looked like their lips were turning blue. Paired with the short sleeved neoprene top because my tops and bottoms need different sizes, and also to avoid wrestling off and on a full wetsuit in order to use the bathroom.

I’ve had these pants for a few years and tried to love them. I’ve worn them a fair amount in cool Alaskan weather. They are very shortwaisted, but the waist is big around. They won’t stay up, and they drive me crazy.

I wanted these to work SO much. The neoprene is great at .5mm, not too heavy. The color is nice, kind of a blue gray. I tried two sizes - large based on the size chart then xl when they fit so weirdly. But it is the cut or style of the garment. The "yoga-waist" seam cuts into my body at mid hip, right around my tailbone and is TIGHT where the rest of the material loose or just right. It is uncomfortable and such a strange construction. I've tried pulling way up and wearing down low. I have no idea where that seam should go and still feel comfortable. I cannot imagine my 5'8.5" & 160 lbs is built so differently that other reviewers here - but I give up. For 100 bucks I need a WAY BETTER fit. Returning these and feeling really disappointed there are not many options when this is such a terrific idea - capris for paddling, rowing, watersports etc. Back to normal leggings ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Great fit, I love the high waist and they're so comfortable. I ordered the capris and full length I can't decide which to keep I may just keep both since to fit is so great and they'll get a lot of wear. I use them mostly for surfing to keep the sun off me but they're also great for days out on the boat/kayak and other water sports. The color is great too.

I like the fit, but the fabric picks, which was not the case for previous hydro skin by NRS,

I love the idea of these, but the execution didn’t work for my body type. The waistband kept slipping down, the lower seam of the waist ending up cutting into my hips uncomfortably.

Liked the material; and have bought other nrs hydroskins before.. this item runs extremely small ..i ordered a large and usually wear medium..no way I could fit in the large.. sizing was like it was a extra small or girls size instead of womens..it was returned

I ordered these for paddle boarding. Wasn't sure if the small would be too small, tight fit but it works just right for me. I'm 5'5 and 125 pounds. These work perfect! Great material and water resistant and comfortable to wear.
