I wear these everyday in running shoes and casual boots, etc. it had helped so much with my plantar fasciitis! My physical therapist also checked them out for me to make sure they were good and he said they are as good as the ones he sells as his office, which is a great compliment! Just make sure you bring in whatever shoe you want to wear with them! The fitting is easier that way.

cracked after less than 15 miles

I bought these insoles on 3/25/18. Walked 2 miles home wearing them in new lighteight hikers. Wore them a few more times in lightweight hikers. Removed them after less than 15 miles and noticed that the footbeds were really cracking. I'm a huge fan of SOLE insoles because they have opened up a lot of options for my high arch foot. The cork insole is super comfortable but definitely not designed for durability.

these are amazing. let me tell you why

So you might’ve seen these are bad sort of reviews but hear it from me and my friend. I bought this cause my friend recommended it who is using this and only this for his entire shoe collection. At first it will be uncomfortable because of the cork. But just try it for 1 week everyday and it will finally fit and reshape to you feet. That’s how it works. I’m using this for my Jordan 1 collection. And if you know about Jordan 1s they are hella uncomfortable for long term wear or walk. But I’ve been walking for 5+ hours with this insole in Jordan 1. Believe me this is the one you want to buy for your long term walk shoes.

Comfort for Plantar issues

I have used the Sole insoles for 18 months beginning at a time when walking was difficult due to heel and sole pain from an apparent Plantar issue. They probably are not best for people with no or very low arches- I've seen complaints from some in this regard. For me they enabled me to train for and run a 1/2 marathon and I continue to remain active while my foot heals (still in process). Recommend you bring your shoes to the store to match to the right size and thickness of insole, I mostly use the thickest (esp. in running shoes) but got these thin ones for a pair of dress shoes that were too tight for the thicker insole.

They used to be great, now, not so much!

wearing many years before the cork bottom. incredible support for extremely high arch. Followed instructions exactly! cork fell apart, top layer rolled all in at heel.

Hoping, wishing that this is the one

Got these to try in my Altra Lone Peaks but using them in my Hoka hikers instead because I don't need to trim them. The salesperson didn't show me the thick version but I want to try the Thick version instead in my Altras. Also, cif Sole would consider making a thick version of this insole with a wider toe box area to fit shoes like Altras and completely cover the forefoot area that would be ideal. This pair of Performance Thin fit and feel great in my Hokas because the shoe has a ton of cushioning. I absolutely love the placement and feel of the arch support area on these. Hope the cork holds up to long hikes. If they do I may say goodbye to Superfeet forever!

happy feet - bought several pairs

I have these in all my shoes. I’ve bought several pairs because they help my plantar fasciitis tremendously. I have them in my slippers (first step out of bed is the most important of the day), and buy my casual & hiking/running shoes based on what these insoles work well with. They are not soft and not terribly durable (they do crack/crumble a bit after a year or two of use every day, pulling in and out of shoes almost every day) but my feet are so happy I don’t care. Just bought a couple more pairs so I don’t have to switch them around between shoes so often.

Nice, thin, fits nicely in my ski boots

I'm still in the process of evaluating these insoles but so far so good. I put them in my Salomon skate ski boots and they definitely have more support than the stock insoles. I tried heat molding them (twice) but the arch still feels a little high. I then used them 2 days in a row (about 8 hours total) and they felt pretty good but the arch is still feeling a little high and as a consequence I started to get some foot cramps. I'm hoping with a few more days of use they will conform to my foot a little better.

Terrible, poorly thought out product

i purchased a pair of each thickness of these insole orthotics I have a bad right ankle and flat right foot They felt great in the store I was told they would conform with wear but that the good arch support would remain After a week, and particularly with the thin thickness The insoles were practically flat--zero arch support Very poorly thought out product Cork works in some sandals because it it supported Because I had worn two pair extensively I did not return them I advise buying Powerstep Pinnacle or Original Half the price and far, far superior REI doen not carry them I had great hope for this product and now I am stuck with $100 of worthless trash. Beware

Sole is the best.

Sole is the best brand of insoles that I've ever used, and I've gone through many. The insole is heat moldable, which I would recommend. Or you can simply wear it, and it will eventually mold to your foot shape. This is the only support which does not cave in under my weight. Some may complain that the sole is too stiff, but that is exactly what I need. After trying to get cheaper stuff on Amazon and in the stores, I will be sticking with this brand for as long as they make 'em!
