Nice material but the fit is off if you have hips

This jacket has well designed features and fabric is great. It repells water really well but still has some stretch which make me more mobile than in other rain shells I have owned. I got a size medium and unfortunately the fit isn't quite right. It fits me well in the shoulders and arms but it is very tight around my hips which makes it ride up. I think if I sized up to a large it would be pretty roomy on top, but that would be better than the current situation. Not designed for curvy ladies.

Love it

This jacket is lightweight, folds up into practically nothing, and keeps you dry. This jacket exceeded all my expectations. I like that the hood is big enough to cover a helmet too. It fits true to size.

Disappointed

I so wanted to love this jacket. It is a beautiful color (I bought azul), the fit is great, and I love the zipper and hood, but after one hike in the rain, my forearms were wet. The most important feature in a rain jacket is obviously being waterproof, and this jacket failed, so it’s going back.

So far so good

Comfortable fit. Looks good. Jacket is roomy enough to put a warm layer underneath if needed. So far it has performed as expected, keeping me dry in unusually wet weather for early summer in Colorado. Love the color!

Solid jacket

Lightweight and durable. My only complaint is that, while the hood is great for accommodating helmets and ponytails, there is not an adjustment for when you want to wear the hood without a helmet. You can tighten the opening, but I would love to also be able to pull the hood back and Velcro it so that my hoodie doesn't cover up my eyes when in use. Granted I have a smaller than average head, but I imagine this would still be an issue with people with average sized heads.

Great piece

Outdoors in the Pacific NW inevitably involves rain. I find this jacket very water proof whether hiking in the mountains or walking around the neighborhood. It's a good outer layer on soggy days, and very packable. A great piece of gear, that can be appreciated by novice and expert alike. Highly functional and beautiful too! Whether headed for a summer hike, or winter xc-skiing, pack this a long as a waterproof top layer (or single layer).

best light weight rain jacket

This rain jacket is seriously my favorite fall item! Great for layering under the coat. Repels water so well while still being ver durable. I have a dog who loves to rough play with some sharp teeth and nails. This jacket has withstood 3 years so far and I expect many more! Couldn’t recommend this more.

Lightweight, great fit, comfortable and stays dry even through long downpours. Great for backpacking and long treks in the backcountry.
