AWESOME COVER UP for SCUBA TRIPS!
I absolutely LOVE this cover up. I needed something to replace my old cover up for scuba diving trips. I recently took this with me to the Cayman Islands for a two week diving trip. I literally wore it every single day for the two weeks to and from the boat, between/after dives and to/from the pool. It's cute, has good sun protection, and wasn't all gross after frequently being shoved in my bag while on the dive boat and not getting washed the whole time. Once we got home, it washed up nicely. We tend to hang to dry our clothing anyway, so air drying was not an issue, and it still looks great after all the abuse.
Perfect cover-up
Bought this at the last minute for a trip to Costa Rica in the drier part of the country at the end of the rainy season. Temperatures were in the high 70's and low 80's. I was afraid the synthetic material might be too warm but actually I even used the hood on a cloudy afternoon when coming back wet from the ocean. I felt sufficiently and nicely dressed walking back to and through the hotel. It dried quickly, even in the high humidity. As a bonus, I could spot my stuff on the beach from far out in the water.
Not a potato sack pool coverup
This is a great coverup that is casual and more fitted than the typical billowy beach coverup. I’m 5’8”, 150lbs with athletic build. I purchased the medium but could have gone with the small. It comes below my bum but the front really does stay shorter so it doesn’t bunch while walking. Will look to order more colors!
SPF coverup
Very light weight and breathable. Wore for swim coverup and in the pool but too much fabric to actually swim in it. SPF 25 good enough for short time in the pool but for hiking, gardening would need higher SPF. Stylish and pocket is nice.
Exactly What I Wanted
Absolutely love it, it's my new choice for a cover up whether at the beach, pool, lake, or hot springs. Super lightweight and falls to a nice length on my legs, sort of a shirt/dress that falls mid thigh. The hood is nice to have, as well. The material is exactly what I hoped for- light, smooth, and quick drying. Only reason it is not 5 stars is that I wish the sleeves were longer for full upper body sun protection; they only come slightly past my elbows, leaving my forearms exposed. I'm 5'8", 135lbs.
Versatility at its best!
This beachy tunic is fantastic! In typical Prana fashion, it is well constructed and fits great. The material is very light and dries fast. Perfect for wearing over a bathing suit or with pants. Very dressy or casual. Quite versatile. It's a winner with me!
Fits nicely, but stains easily
I am writing this after using this tunic during my travel to the Caribbean. The tunic fits nicely but stains easily in a natural environment. Another problem is that the stains do not come off after laundering, so soon this tunic became not very nice looking. I would not buy again. Price doesn't match quality.
Perfect cover up
The prana cover up is exactly what I have been looking for- can wear it alone or throw a pair of shorts on underneath- dries quickly- this cover up will get a lot of use this summer
