prAna  Iguala Top - Women's

I impulse purchased this top - but now it's all I want to wear! I am usually a small/medium but I sized up to a large because I wanted the oversized look. The neck line on it is surprisingly flattering and is a perfect work to play transitional top! I french tucked mine for a more polished look :)

I bought two Iguala tops, size M this summer—High Tide & Willow but they feel and fit differently. “High Tide”feels stiff and unnatural and is about 1 1/4” larger than “Willow” which is soft and comfy. My millennial daughter said I looked “bigger” than my 5’5”, 140 lb size in “High Tide.” We figured out I could salvage it by wearing a tank underneath and tying a knot at my waist. No problems with the “Willow.” Can wear it buttoned up or open—it feels very cozy like last years’ Iguala tops. And I look like my normal size. I’m giving this 4 stars because I love the color of the “High Tide” and I love the soft feel of the “Willow.”

I have been watching this blouse for a long time and finally decided to buy it. I was drawn to the pattern and colors. I’m petite 4’11” and small chested. I bought the small and it is not cut too low as others had mentioned. Not for me anyway. It’s very boxy, not firm-fitting. I bought it to wear over a tank if I am out and want shoulder protection. My only concern is what it’s going to look like after I wash it. I read the reviews but had to buy it anyway because the colors were popping. I haven’t had an iron now in over 30 years. (Do they still make them?! Ha.) Regardless, I’ll deal with the rumpled effect when it’s time.

This shirt is darling buttoned and worn with a higher waist short ! Although open like a jacket I feel it doesn’t work as well . But worn as a closed top it’s very flattering ! The material has stood up to some of our hottest days here in Nor Cal ! I am long waisted and the crop of this top works nicely . I enjoy the geo retro prints unique “ Prana special “ colors this beautiful rusty orange , deep green , deep brown print and then the beautiful color “ tide “ a soft blue that looks great with faded denim as its main color . I love to wear this top with my favorite faded denim shorts . A Prana warm season win !

I feel like so many womens' outdoor clothes look so UGLY. They're safari and savanah green, brown, tan or maroon and have cuts like a polo tee. This prana shirt was everything but that. I'm around a size 2-4, 34A, 115lb and this fit me perfectly and it's so cute. Very breathable, perfect for wearing over a tank top, sports bra or swim suit.

So let’s start with the good : I love the geo retro print and the color ! ( Tide ) However , the material and cut is quite different from my original Iguala . Last seasons, was cut much more feminine most noticeably, around the shoulders and the length was a perfect crop , but still long enough to not be awkward . The new top is def boxier ( read more gender neutral ? ) the fabric doesn’t have the soft drape of the original . I enjoy it . It was a gift , so I kept it , but I’m not sure I would have otherwise . The cut sort of reminds me of a guys Hawaiian style shirt , but cropped .

I like the blouse, but it didn't fit me the way it looked on all the models. I'm 5'8" and maybe I have a long torso? But the shirt hit at the top of my high-waisted jeans (belly button) with my arms down. but if I lifted them at all, it bared my middle. And when I sat down, it showed about 6 inches of skin between bottom of shirt and top of pants. I have other "crop" length tops from Prana and I compared this one to them, and this one was a good 4 inches shorter than any others. and the fact it's woven and not knit also contributed to the problem. Disappointed, but sending it back.

Like the title says, its a super cute short- I love the pattern, but it's a little short - I have a long torso and I'm 5 ft 10 and 130 lbs. but I still feel good in it, stomach sometimes peeks out. I've also worn it tied with a dress and I loved the pop of color and style. You can tell the material is high quality which adds the extra feel good:) go down at least one size- runs big. normally I can get away with either a med or a small and even the xs is bigger- feels more like a med/lrg
