Awesome product!
Absolutely love this product. It’s a bit tricky to get the hang of using it at first but once you figure it out it’s life changing. I love it’s sustainable impact on the earth and how much money it has saved me from having to buy non-reusable period products. The duo pack is awesome if you don’t exactly know what size will fit you or if you have heavier days and lighter days. Can use for any and every activity, I would never use anything else for my period ever again!
Good for hiking and backpacking
Give yourself time to learn how to use these before taking them on the trail. I started using these cups because I had a backpacking trip coming up and it lined with with my expected period. I didn't want to haul used products around with me all weekend, so I got these to use instead. As long as you teach yourself how they work best for you beforehand, it can be a smooth and easy way to enjoy the outdoors during your period with less worry about trash. They are easy to clean and last all day.

Get this product and NEVER LOOK BACK! it will change your life completely and for the better! Got this after being fed up with tampons. It's so much better for your body. It's WAY better for the environment. And, in the long run, much CHEAPER! what other reason do you need? Oh yeah, you can wear a cup without thinking about it for 12 HOURS! Life Changing!
I have hiked, biked, climbed, swam, skiied with my cup...you name it. If you want a more eco/budget friendly period and to have the freedom of sometimes forgetting you’re even on your period give this cup a try! I’ve tried 2 other brands and Saalt has worked the best for me! Happy I found my goldilocks cup.
Better than the Diva Cup
I was bummed when I saw REI didn’t sell the Diva Cup anymore when I went to buy a new one, but decided I would buy the Saalt cup they sell now. All I can say is it’s BETTER than the Diva cup...by far. I am very glad REI sells the Saalt cup instead of the Diva cup. Very happy with the switch!

I LOVE this menstrual cup. This is my first one ever, and I’m amazed it took me this long to switch. I’m a smaller woman, so I figured I would just want the small cup, but at the recommendation of an employee, I got the duo set, and I’m glad I did. I had some leaking problems with the small “starter” cup, but the regular cup has been a dream. Regardless, I’m glad I got the duo because I think for lighter flow days it’ll be nice. Very comfortable, and the company does a lot of good for women in need!

Just Do It
I specifically came on here to convince you to take the plunge into menstrual cup usage. If you’re iffy about it, just do it! I first used the Diva Cup and was turned off of it by how painful it was to put in and take out. My fiancee uses the Saalt cup, so I gave it one last shot and purchased it. It is life changing! The silicone is so much more flexible than the Diva cup. My flow is regular to light and I don’t plan on having children, so the small cup is right for me. They say up to 12 hours and that’s exactly what I do! I put it in around 7am and take it out before my evening bath/shower. I forget that I’m even on my period! No more hassle of bringing tampons into the bathroom or feeling the need to constantly check for leaks. I went on the Saalt website and bought the sterilizer and it is life changing. No more boiling my cup in between cycles. It’s eco friendly and is stress free. What’re you waiting for?

It was hard to take out at first but easy to put in, I recommend looking at their youtube channel. My only request is that it had a loop to help take it out!

Great product, easy to use. No waste to dispose of in a porta potty (or the woods!). Lasts much longer between uses vs other products.
