I don't know how effective the product is, because I can't fit it over my shoes, I generally wear shoes between sizes 10.5-11, and I purchased the XL size which supposedly fits shoe sizes between 10.5-12. But I absolutely cannot fit them over my shoes, even with significant effort. Without actually being able to try them out, they seem high quality. And if they were sized properly, they seem like they would be very easy to get on and off, with a two-stage velcro-based system. If I can find them in XXL I would try purchasing them again. If you're looking to purchase these, I would recommend ordering one size larger than the chart suggests.

Warm feet!

My toe caps no longer cutting it. Tried these insulated booties and love them. Easy on with Velcro closures. Nice fit. Between sizes and went with L. Returned for M and fits my shoe perfectly. Toasty warm on cold mornings. No prob as the temp increased later in day. Very satisfied.

Toasty Warm and Easy On-Off

I ride a road bike with mountain bike pedals/shoes. Two things really impress me, compared to earlier versions of this product. One, the are so much easier to get on and off with velcro up the back rather than a zipper, which I had to fight to get closed in the past. Two, I have a much thicker version from 10+ years ago and these are much warmer even though they are thinner. I just pop a hand warmer on top of my alpaca socks inside the shoe and wrap my shoe in this cover and I'm very comfortable in our Minnesota winters. I ride down to 20 degrees but no colder due to issues keeping my hands warm.

Very good overshoes for colder weather

Overall, these overshoes worked well in 28-32F degree weather. Better than others. It says it's rated between 10-35F degrees but, my toes did eventually get a little numb even though I wore thick socks. I used them during a 90-minute cycling session in the mountains, so some wind probably made it cooler. The quality, though, is excellent. I love the velcro on the back and it is so easy to put on and off compared to my old Bontragers. I don't think there are many overshoes that can 100% prevent numbness in below freezing weather, but these were very close. Love this product.

So great I stole them from my husband

I bought the original set for husband when he started bike commuting two years ago. They didn't fit his giro rumbles, I stole them for a ride and somehow they became a regular part of my fall, winter, spring ride kit. Two weekends ago I shredded that pair on a gravel turned snow scoot your bike on one leg adventure. I turned around and bought another pair. One big change that I noticed was that the bottom of the bootie isn't as grippy as the last pair, they replaced what used to be a knitted grippy bottom with a smooth cloth. I've only worn them once, but the pair that I bought for myself fit even better than the ones I stole from husband so major bonus. Feet still stayed warm and dry even though we were tootling up a trail ride on a soggy PNW day!

Good for Chicago cold rides

I bought these a month ago for riding in the Chicago cold weather. They work pretty good for hour long rides in 20-30 degree weather. They are snug fit around my MTB shoes that I use on my road bike with Egg Beater pedals.

Pretty good shoe covers...

The medium barely fits my women's 9.5 shoe, but they do add a good layer of warmth.

These run SMALL!

My shoes are a men's EU 44 which is about a U.S 10 or 10.5. First I tried a Large set of shoe covers and it wasn't even close. So I ordered a pair of XL (the sizing chart states XL will fit EU sizes 45.5 - 46). After some hand-to-hand combat I was barely able to get them on my shoes. Even then, the velcro won't fasten correctly in the back because they're too small. That being said, I was able to ride without them becoming unfastened, and they provided a modest improvement.

Warm and waterproof, fits great!

They seem durable, are warm and waterproof, though they look like I am wearing slippers. The fit is good and I wasn't the material when while walking around since they have cutouts.
