great breakfast
We paired this with the biscuits and gravy and had half of each apiece. It was a delightfully delicious breakfast and a welcome change from the usual instant oatmeal. The granola has an amazing amount of blueberries and the biscuits had some very tasty sausage.
Perfect breakfast, snack or dessert!
This is one of my favorite products Mountain House has to offer. The granola with blueberries and milk is awesome for breakfast as a snack or a dessert. I keep them at my desk at work and if I don’t have time to get breakfast see easiest way to have a meal at your desk.
Great breakfast or lunch
These taste great. They are also great forgot days when you don’t want a warm meal as they take cold water and you can eat right away. I often use as my lunch.
Delicious and quick breakfast meal!
Would recommend to include this as one of your breakfast meals while backpacking. I don't like to spend a lot of time making breakfast after waking in the morning. Typically, will just eat a few hearty granola bars in the morning, but if I want something with a bit more calories (or with more flavor) will eat this.
Bonkers
This is so diabolically scrumptious? I have eaten it everywhere from my living room to the desert and think about it often when I am not eating it. It's just sweet enough to kickstart my appetite in the morning when I'm not feeling particularly hungry but need sustenance without overdoing it. I would buy it in larger quantities to eat at home regularly but prefer looking forward to it as a special treat to make getting out of my tent a little easier. I usually eat it cold and I have a wonderful time doing it.
Another delicious Mountain House meal.
I have tried many brands of freeze dried, dehydrated and mre meals and hands down Mountain House are my favorite. I had purchased on of the variety packs a while back and the Granola with Milk and Blueberries were in the box. I had several people over to try different meals and this one was so good I ordered 6 more pouches. It is both great as a cold cereal during the warmer months and hot cereal on those cold days. As an emergency responder as well as hiker/camper these meals are part of both my camp meal load out and emergency response kit for times we get deployed in the field.
Something fresh for the trail
This is one of my top backpacking meals. It's so simple yet so refreshing and delicious. Maybe it's because fruit and milk are not something you commonly eat on trail but this always just hits the spot. Great for breakfast or a snack.
Bowl of cereal on the trail, why not
I try to pack a cold and a hot option for lunch brunch or just a trail option if I don’t want take the time to boil water. This was pretty good. I would definitely buy it again. Not wow fantastic but it hit the spot.
100% Best Breakfast
Best meal value out there. Great as a breakfast, not heavy in the gut to start the day and quite flavorful. For the price, the calories you get and the flavor nothing is better for starting your day in the backwoods.
Great flavor
For a cold breakfast I didn’t have high expectations, but it was great. It was tasty with a hint of almond and definitely did not skimp on the amount of blue berries.
