Works As Intended - Use Hair Drier To Assemble
This works as intended. It's actually quite nice if you already have a Gregory bladder with a quick disconnect as you can lengthen your hose and connect to the existing one and then to the mouthpiece. Or you can swap out between the original one and the insulated one relatively easily. Regarding the reviews on assembly - it is definitely tight to insert the included pieces. It does work - just run a hair drier on the hose for about 30 seconds. I bought two sets and both have fully inserted attachments using the hair drier to soften the hose. Disassembly if desired for cleaning will be difficult without reheating for cleaning, but I just rinse mine and hang upside down to let the water drip out. I hope that helps!
Helped in cold conditions
Ever have your water freeze while hiking on a glacier? I have and it is not fun, especially when your super dehydrated. This helped tremendously with that.
Efficient hose. Good functioning parts.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hose and disconnect work well. I used it in 50-60F temperature range. It had luke warm water in hose after not drinking for 15 minutes while reservoir was cold. A non-insulated hose would have warmer water. It is a slightly more rigid hose than a standard one. It was hard to seat all the way onto valves, actually still working it to seat completely. It does not leak however. The quick release work easily. I can't wait to try it in winter to evaluate the ability to keep water from freezing. I hope not to buy again as it has the feel it will last a very long time.
Difficult to attach/detach
This seems like it will work well - that is IF I can ever get it all the way on to the quick release coupler. I've tried hairdryers and hot water and it still isn't seated all the way. It doesn't seem to leak even though it's not fully seated but I'm not sure I'd trust it in my pack in the cold. I don't understand why Gregory chose to make this out of an extremely rigid (and evidently too small) hose, instead of simply adding an insulated tube cover for the existing hoses. It's been such a struggle to assemble this, that I'm not sure I'll be able to disassemble it after use to properly dry and clean, which also makes it virtually unusable. I love my Gregory bladders - it's all I use, but this product is a big miss and should be redone.

DO NOT BUY to use with anything other than Gregory
Gregory seems to have opted for a narrower brand-specific inner diameter for their tubing. I haven't used it yet because it doesn't connect with my existing kit and I'm worried about the flow rate through such a shockingly narrow tube making the quick connect fitting even narrower than the .635 cm id hose. It doesn't seem like much but that's a large decrease in flow rate, likely more than a 20% decrease. I suppose if you're attaching this to Gregory brand products, you'll be fine. I happen to not be a fan of their heavy and bulky bladders.

Bought today, returning it tomorrow
Got this home, tried to insert the connectors into the tube. Neither went in easily. In fact, the thinner of the two got stuck with only about two ridges inserted. No bite valve. I just want an insulated tube to keep that first gulp of water cool in this 100+ degree heat. This product is not the answer.
Terrible Installing Experience
Attempting to get the insulated tubing on was an extremely frustrating experience. I've tried both the hot water method as well as the hair dryer method on both the insulated tubing as well as the drink tubing. Nothing works. There is not a single video from users or gregory online of them installing the tube, I would love to see a video from gregory themselves installing this tube easily since not even the packaging had any tips or instructions for installation. I guess the quick disconnect attachment is well made, but that's about it for this kit. Honestly you are better off spending money on a tube with insulation already attached. There's no surprise as to why this insulated kit doesn't come with a tube probably because no one can even figure out how to get it on. I've never written a review for any product but this product needed to be spoken for.

Helps somewhat
After quite a few winter hikes in 0-20 degree F, I was frustrated that my gregory camelback tube always froze, leaving me without water! I got this to help with the problem, but it still freezes at 0 degrees, (maybe it was colder with windchill). I think this is probably most ideal for hiking/working out outside in 15-freezing weather, then it helps it not freeze. Excited to see if it helps my water stay cold in the winter!

Great but not perfect
I was super stoked for this purchase as i bought it right before a ski trip to replace my regualr tubing to my reservoir. The only downside was my mouthpiece kept freezing up so even when the water wasnt frozen in the tube it couldnt get through the mouthpiece. I found that I had to blow back the water all the way to the reservoir freqently in order for it not to feeeze up in the mouthpiece and end of tubing.
How am I supposed to actually use this?
I can connect this to the bladder but what about actually using it? there is no bite valve, so either I have to disconnect the one I have from the regular non insulated tube, which I prefer not to do because then what will I do when I don't need an insulated one. Or I have to have an extra long tube with half of it not insulated. I wish it came with an extra bite valve so that it was actually functional
