Stylish and highly functional
These boots have been working hard since they arrived a month ago. They have a tread which is great for navigating muddy areas and the shorter length is great in warm weather
Great Winter - Spring Boot for Weather
Nice fit. Never know unless you just try or read another's review. I have a wider foot and size 10 so this is perfect! Plenty of room for my thick socks. I like these for late winter and spring, still cold and raining, and appreciate the height to calf while early gardening. Rinse off with hose for mud, etc. Easy walking boot for trekking through the woods with my dog.
Great rain boots for work!
Man I wish I had these this last Friday when it was pouring rain at work! Ordered online and picked up, was hoping they fit as Muck Boots tend to run big but they fit fine! And not too narrow on my wide feet. They run on the wider side so those with wider feet can manage. Inserts are not the best so I put in my Oboz O Fit inserts and they are perfection! The toes are kinda turned up but I figure thats to keep from tripping on the clunkiness of these boots. The rubber is very nice and slightly textured and seem very well made. Not sure how I feel about the lace up situation on the side, does cinch in the top a little. Seems like these will last a while. i had a pair of the Muck Boots Chore boots and wore to work as an estate gardener and they lasted me like almost 5 years, but were very clunky! These are a little more streamlined. Just got them so not sure about the longevity yet, but feel and appear to be good quality.
Purpose and color
I bought these boots to wear to the race track to cheer on my son. They keep my feet dry and warm, able to walk through the mud puddles with no concerns and they are cute! They are not exactly the color in the picture, more neutral which was even better in my opinion.
Awesome little boots
I'm loving these boots ❤️ I am 39 weeks pregnant so I really appreciate to put them easily! They are also so comfy! Personally, I find the color more sandy in reality that what appears on the picture.
These boots are well-constructed, and
These boots are well-constructed, and very durable. I love the lacing detail on the side. I think it enhances the boot to provide a more feminine look. The boots are heavy and warm, so you may want to look for something lighter if you live in a warmer climate, or are intending to use them in the summer months! I also feel like the size runs a bit big, but I suppose I would prefer that over feeling tight. I would select a smaller size, if your feet run in between sizes. I appreciate how easily they slip on and off, and look forward to them lasting a long time!
Cute and comfortable
It's my first pair of muck boots. I ordered the black. I am a size 6.5 so I went ahead and ordered the 7 and the 6 because I was reading mixed reviews on which size to choose. I sized down, at first I questioned if it was too small but after wearing them a few times around the house they are perfect. The size 7 fit way too big but found easier to remove. Bought these for rainy days or whenever I'm doing yard work I can rinse off mud with a hose. Very comfortable to walk in and cute, I've gone To the grocery store on rainy days in these. Absolutely love them!
Great boots
These boots are perfect for stepping into 'the unknown' of my deep and heavily-planted garden beds without fear of being stung or having a creepy crawly move across my foot. I ordered a 7, my usual size, and they work fine barefoot, but if I wanted to wear a sock I should have ordered a size up. I stayed with the smaller size in order to be sure of having the arch in the right place and the heel secure, but those who must wear socks or want these for winter wear should order up. These are supportive enough that I wear them for rough work hours at a time, with no foot pain. Yay! I still haven't figured out what the laces are for on the side of the boot. If it's just 'decoration' it's annoying, as they catch on things in the garden.
Good quality/ looks deceiving
Good, heavy, durable, comfortable boot. I ordered the color SAGE. When I received the boots, the color on the box said Toupe. That isn't even an option? The sole on the SAGE boot appears to be Yellow online in the pics. However, it is not. More of a transparent Carmel color. Also, the red on the laces and finger loop is way more maroon. First pic is the online depiction of the boot on the Muck website. Second pic is actual boot as shipped. I ordered these for my fiancé. She liked them well enough to keep. I will be ordering a pair for myself as well. Still disappointed in the difference I color. Makes me wonder what mine will look like when they get here. Not a big enough deal to make me not buy. They'll likely be covered in mud most times anyway.
My favorite boots
I've had these boots for 3 years. They are used year around. They stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I've worn them in 95 degree temps to water the garden and in 3 foot snow drifts to snow blow a 75 foot driveway. My land, including the paddock is sloped so I'm navigating hilly terrain daily. They offer terrific support, I don't slip on clay soil or turn by ankle on the slope. In the Muck boots I'm as sure on my feet as my 120 lb. Great Pyrenees and he's on 4 legs with huge feet made for walking!
