Great for winter travel - buy two!
This thing has saved me SO MANY times when traveling to northern climates. It is small but mighty. My only mistake was buying only one; I strongly recommend buying two so you can have one in each hand (they are really small so it is fine). I love that it is dual usage - I tuck them into a glove or pocket to warm me up when temperatures dip or a conference room is too cold, plus I have the extra benefit of being able to charge my phone if needed. I've been using it about six months now and highly recommend.

Go for the old school butane lighter instead
If you're buying this as a mobile battery pack, this does just fine for that. If you're buying this as a heatbank, like I assume most people are, this product is very underwhelming. The pack itself has 2 heating settings, although I have no idea why anyone would use the lower setting because the max setting barely gets above lukewarm. If you let the pack sit on its own for about 5-7 minutes it will heat up substantially, but all of that heat will be absorbed by your hands within 15 seconds, and you'll have to rinse and repeat. All-in-all I am very disappointed with this product.

Not very warm

In Chicago when I'm biking on really cold days I bring hand warmers (non-reusable) with me just in case. I bought this in the hope that it could be a great reusable hand warmer. Even when it was on for a while I never felt it did a great job of fighting off the cold. Nothing's perfect, but (I hate to admit) the disposable hand warmers are more effective than this USB battery rechargeable model.

Bought two and one doesn't work at all

I advise against buying these, as they only seem to work a few times before dying. I bought two, one for each mitten to keep my hands warm. The first time I took them out, the one side stayed warm for my two hour hike, but the other one went cold after about 45 minutes. At first I chalked it up to user error, thinking maybe I set one at the high heat and the other at the lower heat level. But future hikes revealed not only was that not the case, but the warmers would go cold sooner and sooner. After about 4 uses the one stopped working completely and won't even charge anymore. I continued using the 'good one' a few more times but it doesn't stay warm long enough anymore to bother. I considered replacing these with the Zippo butane warmers, but am so disappointed with this purchase I am hesitant to buy anything else from the Zippo brand. I do not recommend these warmers.

Handwarmer

This has done the trick for someone who has Reynaud's syndrome. I wish it last longer than 3 hours, but now that summer is nearly upon us, I only need it occasionally.

A Little Disappointing

This is the first battery operated hand warmer I've had, and it will be the last. I've owned Zippo hand warmers that require fuel, and they get far warmer than this battery operated warmer. There's nothing inherently wrong with this device- it lives up to the product description, but it's just not as good as the other warmers I have used.

Love having a small charger

I bought this more for it's charging capabilities, but the hand warmer is a bonus. It's small size makes it perfect for carrying in my purse in case of emergency. It's also great for charging my smart watch when I only have one usb power adaptor and I'm using it to charge my phone. It does get warm and I can see it being a useful item for cooler evenings or when traveling to winter climates.

good but doesn’t last long

I used this for an overnight winter trip and it last just long enough to charge my phone fully and give me some heat through the night. It was dead in the morning, so I wouldn’t recommend it for multiple days use but for one night, it was great

Makes a glove warm

I work outside plowing snow and bringing in firewood. I also have Raynouds syndrome in 1 finger. The Heatbank in a mitten eliminates the pain.
