Solid Bindings

I mounted the Look Pivot 14 on my Black Crows Corvus. If you know about the Corvus it is a big all mountain ski and the Look Pivot 14 bindings drive the skis as they should be driven....hard. Im 53 years old, 5'7" and weigh 190 lbs and set the release at 7.5 and have never had a pre mature release or even felt the bindings getting squishy. I highly recommend these for hard charging, easy cruising, whatever you want to do on the mountain.

Always trust Look Pivot. Super light.

Pros: Look Pivot = proven safety. I’ve skied Look Pivot bindings since 2002. When I go down it’s usually from hitting a hidden hazard at fairly high speed - have had some amazing releases at odd angles that convince me of the safety of the pivoting front and rear release technology. Never a false release either. Super light! Work great with my Head Core 93 skis, which are a little stiff in the tail, and this binding’s mounting may soften that a little. These light Look Pivot bindings together with the light Head Core skis and light Lange boots all weighs 1/2 of my previous setup. My legs are much happier after a long ski day! Cons: Compared to the original Look Pivot, the rear heel piece pivots very easily, which can make stepping in or out a little awkward. Ok once you are used to it. Heel piece does not look very durable. But in fact it is, just a very simple design. Verdict; Been skiing this binding a couple seasons now and it has earned my full trust. Love the light weight.
