The jacket is nice, but in no way worth $149. It is soft and comfortable, but I wouldn’t have bought it if I didn’t have $100 in credits.

Smaller than previous version

I love how soft and versatile this jacket is. I wear it around the house because it is so comfortable, and I wear it out because it is cute and is really light but it keeps me the perfect temperature. My issue with this version is the sizing, especially around the shoulder blades. In previous versions of this jacket (and in most TNF tops) I wear an XS. This 3.0 version of the hoodie is very tight around my upper back if I use my arms at all. When I extend my arms in front of me the fabric pulls uncomfortably and restricts my movement, so it isn't ideal for wearing while being active. Unfortunately making the this version of the jacket more fitted made it not work for me in my usual size. I definitely need to size up in this version, but I haven't gotten a new one yet.

not worth the price.

I was super excited to find this jacket on sale and in a perfect color! The jacket was everything I wanted, lightweight but still slightly warm. But after wearing it for under a month I was highly disappointed in the quality. Even at the sale price it is NOT worth it. After using it no more than 4 times I could star seeing pilling form. Now there’s pilling all throughout the arms and by the zipper. I don’t recommend this jacket at all.

LOVE

This is my grab and go hoodie. Material is extremely soft and the cut is very flattering. I am 5'6" 210 lbs 38D bust w/ hour glass shape. I wanted a more tailored fit so I purchased the large and still have room for a thinner long sleeve layer underneath. The length hit me just at my hips. I could have gone with the XL and would've had some more room to add a thicker layer and length would cover half of my bum. I've worn it a handful of times, but haven't run it through the wash yet. Based on the material, I can see the possibility of pilling but haven't experienced it yet.

Super soft!

I absolutely love this sweatshirt hoodie! I found it at a North Face store on the last chance rack and bought it at half price. I loved it so much I bought a second one that was on sale from REI. I took it camping and it was great on a cool night by the campfire. Then I stuffed it in a case and used it as my pillow in the hammock. It's lightweight, extremely soft, and super comfortable.

Perfect for fall!

I bought this hoodie at the last minute before we embarked on our tour of the Southwest National Parks. I wanted something warm, yet lightweight, that could be effortlessly and easily crushed to fit in my medium sized backpack when the day warmed up. This garment was perfect! It had a lightweight hood to protect me from gusts of wind, it provided me with the warmth I needed in the mornings and evenings, and it’s zippered pockets adequately held lightweight gloves, etc. I would definitely recommend this product!

Lightweight but cozy

It’s a light jacket, so it’s great for those 50-60 degree days alone and you can layer it easily. Perfect hood (doesn’t block your vision or push down on your glasses). Super soft inside. Good sized pockets.

Good Throw-On Jacket

I purchased this in black, XS. I'd say it fits true to size. I have long arms, and the sleeve length was fine for me, but I'm glad I was able to try it on before buying, because it seemed the sleeve length varied from color to color. This is a good throw on and go jacket - I bought it mostly for just when I'm out and about on a cool day. The material is incredibly soft - we'll have to see how durable it is. I think it would also be good for if you wanted to layer something thinner under a heavier coat. Overall it was a good purchase - I was glad to get it on sale, not sure if I'd pay full price for it though.

Glad I got this one!

Great layering option. Overall fit is great and it is lightweight but adds a nice level of warmth. Bought this for an Alaska trip and it worked great under my rain jacket.
