Great for long distance running, too!
Have used this blend for all running for several months (typically run 5 days a week) and works really well! Definitely came in handy during the very warm and humid Boston Marathon this October and throughout my very hilly 50K in November (4,000+ feet climbing). Will be buying again! One thing to note is it is temperature sensitive, like other SNB products, so if it gets relatively too cool, it will solidify. But it takes very little to warm and re-soften. I think that’s what another reviewer may have run into without knowing.
poor quality control
The product was dried out and unusable upon receipt. I do not know if this is common with this product or not. It did not have a seal on it when it arrived. The manufacturer should have a built-in seal from their factory to ensure it arrives in proper condition. I returned it.
Wish I'd have found this years ago.
Finally got rid of that pain in that area; this stuff works great. And the menthol cooling effect feels great too.
