Thin and comfortable
Great mat, very supportive and comfortable for the knees or the sacrum. It isn't slippery and I find the line in the middle quite useful.
Starts shedding after only a few weeks!
I thought Manduka is one of the best yoga mat brand, but this mat was really disappointing. It started shedding pieces almost right away and only got worse a few weeks in. I've had mats from JadeYoga and PrAna before and never had them shedding so early in their life! I brought it back to REI but they wouldn't let me return it. So I just chucked it into the trash bin in the store. Will not buy Manduka mats again.
I love the mat!
The mat is very grippy and the thickness is so comfortable. I really love how hefty it is. It just feels really nice to be on this mat!
Nice mat but slippery
Nice mat for beginnings, but frustrated because my hands often slip.
