I've warn for 3 years in all temperatures -30 to mid 50's rain. The light wax is enough to keep the elements out and this has been the perfect overcoat to pair with a few layers in the coldest months. Although a more robust winter coat would also work if you want more durability in the cold. I winter bike and see all road conditions, in a early November freezing sleet the jacket kept me dry on my 20 mile ride. My only complaint is their are no hand pockets. I also love their commitment to keep PFCs (Teflon) products out of construction. The light waxing every year is more than sufficient.

Great for skiing

I've had this jacket for a number of years now. At first I thought it was, honestly, a bit odd. It's not a typical rain shell and it's not a typical everyday shell. But then I realized that it's perfect for downhill and cross-country skiing. It's flexible, breathable, has great ventilation, wonderful front pockets, and a hood that will get out of the way or fit over a helmet. The zippers all work well. I never go skiing in a heavy downpour (when in the snow I try to avoid heavy rain, for obvious reasons) but sometimes it is snowing or raining a bit. This jacket handles that sort of precipitation well. This jacket has made a believer of me.

Awesome design

I am going to be fair: to me, this is the best design for a jacket there is. I just love putting this thing on and taking it on a hike in the mountains. I've been using it on all my outdoor adventures- hiking, tenting, camping. The material feels very solid and durable, the zippers are very high quality and easy to open/close. I also love the hood because of its versatility- you can use it as a collar, normal hood, or really hide in it when its fully extended. The jacket is light and the cut allows you to move freely in it. Also, it has shown no signs of wear for the two years I've been using it. I hope it stays like this for many more to come. As a summary- I admit, I did buy this jacket for the looks- but it won me over with its functionality and fit and is now one of my most favorite pieces of clothing.

Great pairing jacket

I got this to act as a shell to one of my Lite Abisko puffy jackets to act as a windbreak. The side vents match up perfectly with the pockets of my puffy, and my jacket doesn't look like a snowman suit. I love that it has some great 4-way stretch so I can reach into my backpacking rig on long hikes without feeling restricted.

Keb jacket is great for almost every condition

Other than heavy rain, this jacket will be a great addition to your adventuring wardrobe. I practically live in my Keb pants, and love the fabrics, so I knew I'd like the jacket. Perfect amount of stretch, and toughness. I have yet to "break" anything on my pants or jacket and Fjallraven has a good policy if anything breaks.

Keb Jacket

Fits incredibly well and the materials/construction are exactly what I was looking for. The collar on the jacket is the only thing I am still struggling with, the hood is a nice tunnel hood. But when the hood is laying back, the collar looks a little awkward.

Arrived sooner than expected

Ordered on Saturday , was there when I got home from work on Monday. I’m 5’10” a buck fifty and I grabbed a large and it’s perfect for how I like it. I couldn’t imagine having a puffy underneath with a medium it would be way to tight for me.

The quiver killer

This jacket like the pants eliminates most jackets from my arsenal. It is my go to from day hikes to ski touring. With lots of stretch and breathe-ability the Keb Jacket keeps me cool when it gets hot. Also love the storm hood!

Excellent, snug fitting coat

I love the fit of this jacket. The online size guide really helped me to workout the best size for me. A problem with other coats is that as they get larger, the waist flares disproportionately, not a problem with this jacket.

Not robust

The waterproofing is excellent. However the jacket is not robus. I have a wear/cut where my rack sack goes over the neck. Hardly a high impact area. Look elsewhere with protective areas for serious users.
