Super Backcast Needs a Drawstring at Waist
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been ordering these for my boys for years...always impressed with the quality and durability. That said, I am surprised that the Super Backcast does not have a drawstring at the waist to cinch them in. The Backcast shorts do. The shape of the shorts is fairly square so leaner kids will have a hard time keeping these up. There is quite a gap in the waist with no way to adjust. Furthermore, there seem to be gaps in the sizing. My kids have grown a good bit over the past year. Last year's shorts were too small. Ordered next size up and they were huge. Disappointed to have to ship them back.
Fun print
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Color: Collegiate Navy Stars N Stripes, Size: M The 'Collegiate Navy Stars N Stripes' print is fun and will hopefully hold up well for pools and lakes this summer. The shorts do have a stretchy waistband, but no drawstring. I am docking a star for the MIA drawstring design. The sister solid print shorts do have drawstrings though.
Versatile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for shorts or a bathing suit. We spend the summer camping and these are great for all day long. Playing, fishing at the lake then off to the pool. Changing not necessary. The only thing I wish they had was a draw cord to adjust the waste. My son is at an in between size where an 8 is to small but a 10/12 is to big.
Unexpectedly Great Shorts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for my son. Great fit, looks good Andy unexpectedly sheds water- it beaded up on the shorts. Was on a fishing trip, a little cool out and it was nice for him to not stay soaked. Would buy again.
My kid loves these!

Shorts do not have a tie string at wasteband

Good boys swim short
